Love this post!  I just visited Russia two months ago after hearing my grandmother's stories growing up.  I loved it and was super happy I had learned to read Russian before I went.  I did manage to find a toy store but the coolest thing was the pony display in Cyrillic.  The toys were the same as here although I was tempted to add another foreign language Flip N Whirl RD to my herd, but not for that price!  I really wanted to go to a little market and try to find things there but it wasn't possible with the visa I had.  I did find some knockoff kinder eggs at a grocery store in Russia so that was something since they are illegal here.  Poland was my hotspot for Baltic bootlegs ;)  I found a pink earth pony with a cream mane and Rarity's cutie mark that I promptly named Polarity (Polish Rarity)  Thanks again for the post!
