The one I was obsessed with was The Little Mermaid ( there are piles of fanart as evidence somewhere in the attic )

But Gummi Bears and Talespin were close seconds.

The Draw Together activity began last summer, hosted by elvenwine and ponycake

What was really going through my mind in the beginning was wanting to launch a community for female artists and 'girly' artwork. This was the next best thing. :D

There can never be too much cutesy artwork, especially when ponies are involved! :D

Sukeile- Nice job! I like the pose, it's not standard and yet you were still able draw a nice symbol!

To be honest I think I misplaced her symbols quite badly, haha. if she stood up like that they would end up on the side of stomach instead of the bottom, I shall try to fix it later XD

Here is my Minty :D

I know it's pretty plain but I have to go so I can not spend more time on a background or anything. feel free to add more stuff if you want, I may continue adding ponies later cause she looks a little lonely :)

Oooh! Fun!

Any rules? Do we draw all of them?

Doodling Minty right now :D

Oh my goodness, I think it was Twinkler!! Thank you so much for the fantastic links, soooo much fun looking through all of the beautiful ponies :) I definitely recognized a bunch as I went through as ones that I used to own, really pulled at my heartstrings haha!!

Yay! So glad it was helpful! :D

Welcome Tosh!

The purple pony you described sounds like it might be Twinkler?

Here are a few websites I use for Pony ID-ing.
There are many more and I'm sure you'll find your own favorites too :)

This thread is the best!

My mother used to whip some cream real thick, fill a big mug with it and add sugar and cacao, stir it up. The cream will become less fluffy and more like a light goo.
Then she'd pour hot milk over it, stir again. Add more cream on the top and either sprinkle chocolate flakes on top or drizzle chocolate sauce over it.

Nowadays I drink oat/almond/rice milks instead and I actually prefer it to regular milk ( especially the oat one, it gives extra coziness somehow! )

Unfortunately I have not found a good substitute for whipped cream though.
Coconut cream gives the right consistency and while I love coconut it's a very different flavor.
