I'm loving Catty! But this is getting depressing. I literally have nothing to look for! I have everything I want that is currently on the shelves, so will the new lines hurry up and come already??
I feel the same, but at the same time kinda glad because I don't have any money to be getting them while they'd be out. :P

I am with you...and then I'm not LOL. I want new dolls but at the same time my wallet is breathing a sigh of relief so I can spend it on other things LOL

I have a question. Does anyone else get concerned about the size of their collection, or even embarrassed? I was just thinking because I want about 25 dolls this year.....:drunk:

Not really. Mine is huge and I'm running out of room but I love them! Trust me I'll be getting 99% of the new ones coming out too :)

I've seen rollermaze clawdeen at target

my question is about swimline Venus...I know there are two different versions but which came first and is either of them more rare? I'm not sure which one I have and am just curious :)

I don't think my prices for the dolls I'm selling are really all that outrageous. I took the price I paid, added $10 for a finders fee and gas. (I live 30 mins to an hour from any stores.) Then I looked up what they've been selling for on ebay and took that into consideration as well. Keep in mind that this is all for the ones I have up on ebay. If I were to sell to someone on here I'd probably be a little more flexible.

This is what I have up on ebay right now and their prices:

Scary Tales Clawdeen: $43
PD Cleo: $35
Entire set of wave 2 Dead Tired: $60

I don't think those prices are outrageous. What does everyone else think?

I don't think they are high but they are very easy to find in stores so marking them up at all may not work for selling

I think it all comes down to money.

ButI will admit MH reissues are better than Barbie or MLP ones. Each doll has enough uniqueness to warrent the purchase of another version. At least, to me they do.

I agree. I like having different dolls with different hairstyles/faces. i don't think i'd be that into them if they went the route of CAMs. It gets to be a lot of dolls, yes, but personally I'm ok with that :)

I don't particularly see the issue with deuce..

My husband is the same way... Strong willed, independent, confident... But the moment I am not around (say I go on vacation... Like that will EVER happen... Lmao) he is constantly checking his phone and checking on me to make sure nothing happened to me in the 8 seconds I have been gone (a bit of an exaggeration  lol, but you see where I am going) some men can be totally independent and then the moment they don't have someone to expend their time on and invest in... They become clingy and whiney...

I agree. sometimes my hubby can be the same way ;) so I didn't mind that part of Cleo and deuce one bit ;)

a little bit to be honest. also Rochelle kinda has an accent along abbeys line more so than French IMO.

For those that saw it...
Spoiler
Was anyone else a little depressed that Skelita and Jinafire didn't have more obvious accents?

The Dollhouse / Re: The hunt for caterine and the scalpers in my town :(

I live in a small town, that usually gets things rather late, but I can always find the harder - sought after dolls in my stores (Walmart or Target only). I've found two extra Deuce in my stores (both are traded already), but sadly no one is buying the other Scaris dolls so they aren't restocking them lol. Dolls don't sell extremely well in my area, but if anyone needs any I'm always willing to help.

I agree that buying the lot of them isn't a "butt" move if you are helping out family/friends. I'd do in a heartbeat as well as I can't stand the scalpers (although I have none here in my town I don't think anyway) it drives me crazy seeing the ebay prices sometimes lol
