Yea this is the way a lot of people make money. They just seem to know when the market is hot for something and they work very hard to exploit that to gain a huge reward money wise. You have to admire a person that can make a living doing this. It is frustrating when you are just trying to find something to purchase for yourself for sure. However, when I think about how hard it has been for many to find jobs, if this keeps food on the table for their family I say smart decision just be sure to pay your income taxes and state sales tax.

I'm glad you resolved it, but I have to say that the responsibility in a trade is to send your half of the trade. And complaining after one package has been sent that it's too much to send isn't really viable. I mean, I understand high shipping, but checking before sending is important too.
Hopefully your trade partner took something from this and will weigh their packages in future so they're aware of this risk. US postage is particularly expensive these days albeit I think other countries also have this problem - I know France in particular has some crazy shipping prices sometimes, and that's just shipping over to me across the channel, so I imagine it's worse to outside the EU.
This!! What I usually do in a case where my shipping would be higher than theres is to have them pay the difference so our shipping costs are equal. This has worked well for me. If it costs them say 12 dollar extra to ship to me and their box only cost me 5.00 to ship, I send 7.00 to cover the overage of the money too. All of this is worked out before a trade is agreed on.

If she has painted on slippers she is most likely a ballerina Barbie or a My First Barbie from the 90's. I am pretty sure those were the only ones that had painted slippers. I am leaning more towards Ballerina Barbie. There were so many made, you just need to look on ebay at Ballet barbies and look for one that has the same face as yours. Look into both the My First Barbies and the Ballerina Barbies.

My thought is that the toys made today are seriously lacking in quality across the board. I have been quite disappointed with a lot of what is being sold. Even the companies that use to produce high quality are falling below standards for quality yet they expect the same amount of money for their inferior productions (American Girl is an example) it's everywhere.

I thought there was an opinion for photo theft when you see your own image being stolen?
Otherwise, I did see an option to report an image with a website/text.
Yea I was just going by the report item on the auction itself. If there is another way to report something, I don't know how to do it. I looked through all of the lists on the Report Item from the auction and found nothing about photos. I sure would like to know how one reports photo theft for the future. So, if you have another way please let me know. I am curious.

That's what I'd consider using photos that aren't yours to be, given this isn't a stock item off a shelf.
Yes there is an option for Fraudulent listing, but they don't give Photo theft as a choice which is irritating to me. They don't allow you to even write what you are trying to report. So, without that option how is ebay going to figure out what the fraudulent issue is? Your choice is to either pick "Seller is using other accounts to inflate prices." or "You suspect it is Fraudulent" this is useless. If you can't say why what is the point?

I'm debating on whether or not to buy one just to see if its like the picture or not...
It's fairly obvious it isnt the exact pony in the picture.
You can ask the seller about the condition of the pony (or additional pictures to show flaws).
This is exactly my thought too. I really do not believe they are reselling ponies they bought from Ponyology, but rather just using the photos. In looking at the report options there doesn't seem to be an option for contacting ebay about stolen photos in the menu's for reporting the listing.

I think it's Megatron that transforms into the gun. This particular Transformer is a bit pricey. I do not have him, but I wanted to let you know the possible name for him. You can check online to verify that is the one you want. It might help you to find him easier if you have his name. Good luck. I also realize this is an older post and you may not need it anymore.

Well, I have to admit when it comes to Walmart I don't usually have any luck finding things in this store. So if they made them somewhere else and I wanted them, I would just go somewhere else to buy them. Unless you are just not wanting to pay other packing from other store prices or have no other options? It could be that Walmart only was given this group to sell in order to reduce the price of the toys in general. Remember, Walmart meets with toy companies and companies in general. They haggle to get the company to reduce the prices. " Reduce the prices or your product will not be on Walmart shelves." So, then the company has to figure out how they can do something less to sell their product there. So, perhaps this company could not sell all of the products at Walmart due to their crazy, ridiculous demands on companies. So, if Walmart feels that part of a line will appeal to its customer base more than the entire line, then the company gets to shelve their toys at Walmart for less. Walmart has been doing this since it opened its doors. This isn't about ignoring girls, or female heros it's about making money and changing products in some way to get that 5 cents less price for their store. It brings the customers in, they pay for that toy because it is 5 cents less never knowing what this has done to to the toy company trying to sell their products. If you don't have other stores then I suggest buying them online. That makes the most sense, because their business practices are never going to change.
I think it is important to look at things from many different perspectives. There are numerous reasons that Walmart has a different set. My idea is one of them. It is a stretch to assume anything when it comes to Walmart.

A flocked pony covered in Cat Pee that was in Mint condition and nothing I tried fixed my pony and all her flocking fell off. Thus, Cat Pee Pony was born. Mind you the seller told me they had cats but that the pony did not leave her house like that. Funny though the mailer didn't stink on the outside.
