I'm home and he was waiting on the counter for me!  Here he is next to my Jazz Hooves for size. He is SO cute in person, and bigger than the girls! I thought they shared the same body type this gen.

So I got an update he will indeed be here while I’m gone D: Our friend will get the mail for us though while he house sits, so I’ll post pics when I get back! Maybe I can even have him open him & take pics for me.  But he is my boyfriend’s best friend, and has no idea about ponies whatsoever, so he’d most likely be like “Uhhh wtf am I doing and why” if I asked him to, even if he would most likely agree.

Thank you, and sure thing, I will when he gets here! I’ll also be out of town next week so if he gets here while I’m gone I’ll have to post them after. Luckily a friend is house sitting though so I don’t have to worry about him on the doorstep or in the mailbox!

 Sorry to ruin her symbol for y’all (Also I love your sig pony, BlackCurtains!) I. FOUND. HITCH. I have no idea HOW long I’ve been looking for one… the 6 inch one, I want all my G5s to be 6inch. I have gotten so lucky finding them all but Hitch always evaded me… I could never find the ranger one and couldn’t justify spending nearly $50 or more on the set of 6 with him in it, because I had all the rest and dislike Sprout. But I miraculously found ONE loose one from that set listed online in perfect condition! FINALLY!!! MY SEARCH HAS ENDED!!!! I cannot tell you how long I’ve been searching for him, I’ve wanted him so badly!! Maybe someday I can find his accessories, or give him a cowboy hat from somewhere else. He reminds me of G1 Tex when he’s a ranger. The pony goddesses have been smiling upon me recently!! Also, for newer ponies- anyone else see the new G5 dragon that’s been included in some of the tinier sets? “Sparky Sparkeroni-“ https://data.mlpmerch.com/g5/pony/sparky-sparkeroni/I could die of cute. I love that they’re still keeping up with every generation having dragons. I hope we see more of him, maybe with some bigger ponies. I love his colors.

I FOUND JAZZ HOOVES AT WALMART!
I was looking for the new MH and they had a bazillion of her, I was so shocked. Grabbed one of course, I’m ecstatic!! (also found one of the new MH dolls, they had 3 Toraleis that someone had shoved behind some Care Bears. Just caught a glimpse of her right as I was about to leave)
Awesome!!!! How do you like her?
I ADORE her!! Easily one of my fave G5s now. (Beaten only by Zipp- her glitter blue wings 😭) But she already gets +points for being BLUE!!!!!!! Oh blue ponies are so rare. Jazz Hooves has THICK hair and is very solid!! All of the faces I saw were great on them. (okay but… Okay. I told my bf her symbol looks like a tampon in a horseshoe. He agreed….)

The obviously Normie teacher. He's a VERY good candidate for Jackson Jekyll/Holt Hyde and I am betting that's who he is supposed to be. If they make him Viktor 'Sparky' Frankenstein I'm calling nonsense.

The costumes are.... So embarrassing, and I don't get the design choice for Lagoona. I will say Abbey looks pretty good, but she doesn't look like Abbey. I thought it was Ghoulia in a different outfit at first. The Lagoona roar was... also SO embarrassing lol, I'm hoping that's not a done special effect but the fact it's in the trailer makes me think otherwise. Again, didn't even realize that was Lagoona, thought it was Clawdeen because.... WHY is she not blue??? I'm also willing to bet Ghoulia talks, because I've seen several screencaps of her that looked like she was mid-sentence, and I don't get why Draculaura's a sorceress now..? It seems like they watered down all their personalities, and then stuck random extra stuff in to pad it out, lol. I haven't been particularly impressed by the dolls, either- I love the collectors' but Dracula was *very* underwhelming, especially for the price- and the HC ones just don't tickle my fancy enough for their price & quality, either- not to mention distribution/quantity issues. It just doesn't seem to gel with MH's original message of being freaky-fabulous, I don't know what they're going for in this story. Plus, we covered the 'there's a normie in here' aspect in Ghouls Rule; it was Jackson, and he IS technically a monster, just with a normie side.

Has anyone found the "brushable" (tail + flocked hair) Rockin' Ranger Hitch in the wild, yet? I keep looking but never finding him- I suppose he's a Walmart exclusive, but their site has been sold out ever since I found out about him.
If anyone finds any by chance, I'd be interested in buying one from you perhaps!!
