That's really odd. I also think it seens like a well done re-hair. I never saw a BR DB with a mane that long.
It's a lovely pony anyway ^_^ congrats.
The Toy's Hospital used to be Estrela's costumer care as well, they could re-hair any toy/doll with original hair, replace missing parts (we could even by replacements combs and stuff) , there are no Hospital left these days.
I believe the last one closed a few years ago.
Estrela still have a toy Museum in Sao Paulo, but they don't offer any other services anymore.

I found them in every (ok, just 2, but it was 100% of the ones I stopped by) TRU on Virgina Beach area, and a few Walmart s (not all of the ones I visited) last week.

Hi everypony Sorry I'm in a hectic time. All ponies were sent and should be arriving soon. Some of them are not packed as I wished as some of the boxes I brought from Brasil (mostly the colorful ones) wasn't allowed in USPS standards. SO I had to un-pack and re-pack nearly everything >.< Anyway, ponies are traveling right now I'll PM with detailed info as soon as I can. Tks ^^

I hope they are of better quality than the current ones. I got Twinkleshine and PlumSweet yesterday, they were kinda hidden behind their "The Ticked Master" DVD... but once I opened then, their body and head color doesn't matches  That's, imo, the worst flaw a pony can have. Sad that not even Plumsweet, who is white, matches perfectly Really poor quality. Didn't bought the other ones because even with the DVD I could see they didn't match.
