Most ebay sellers are dumb as rocks. I get excited when I come across someone who is friendly and actually knows a thing or two about what they're selling.
That has not been my experience at all, and I' ve dealt with a lot of sellers, not just pony sellers (who, with only one exception--and not a collector--have been wonderful). Guess I've been lucky. You can tell a lot by their descriptions, though, such as whether they know anything about "customer service", use decent grammer, pay attention to detail and know what info is important and simple to give right up front.. I like the idea someome memtioned earlier if you're buying from a new to you seller or foreign, to contct them first to see how responsive they are. No guarantees, i guess, but...

Another vote for Seascape (vibrant! Bright! SUMMER!), and her "opposite" Waterfire; Desert Rose (delicate and lovely), StarCatcher (just.. pretty... first pony in my collection not counting a Custom) and Midnight Dreams (all those stars and love her color)!

Doing a search or two or three, all I've come up with for party supplies are foil balloons (and only one design that I can find). I've seen the little ring party favors (those were around last year) and some cake toppers, but no paper plates or streamers, table covers--things like that. There are still G3 paper plates, cups, etc *on the shelves* in KMart and that's all I see online.
Has anyone else seen or heard of anything?

I agree that having so-softs again would be lovely. Oh, imagine if they had Beddy bye eye G4s!! 0___0
I like BBEs, but imagining huge G4 style blinking eyes... @-@ I love anything translucent/transparent and sparkly. So yeah, sparkle ponies FTW!

*All* I need to complete my PE is: one knife two spoons two forks I'll pay or trade. Not sure what the going rate is for them, but I'd rather not pay more than $3 per piece (plus shipping). If the going rate for these things is much more than that, then my ponies and Megan and pals can eat with their fingers and share the one knife. Heh. here's what I have to trade with: http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php/topic,284698.0.html

Wooo hooo, I'd say that was totally worth a 4 hour drive even in a 30 mpg vehicle. But at 60 mpg, double woo hoo!! Beautiful, all of it!!

visitors can't see pics , please register or loginsay no more. lol Actually, I don't really get upset. One little cuss, and it's over. ![Smile :)](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/smile_001.gif) Granted it's annoying to get outbid by what appears to be 50 cents, but OTOH you don't really know if they actually outbid you by 50 dollars. I just bid what I want to spend, not a cent more, because once or twice I've bid more than I wanted to with that competitive "IT WILL BE MINE, NOT YOURS, a****z!" thing going on in my head, and felt great relief, financially speaking, upon losing. I'm sure the seller was happy, though.

I paid about $20 plus shipping for mine a bit over a year ago, but it's pretty badly discolored, did not come with the ponies, had most of the accessories, and some of the plastic "ribbons" encircling the turrets are broken-. (Not missing pieces, just broken where they would normally meet). I think it's possible I overpaid for it, given the discoloration (it's kind of orange all over where it should be pink, and the green platform is unevenly colored and faded) but I'm very happy with it.
