Thank you, Zenna.
Art update I've started getting trades going and here are some pieces I've been working on. I'm still hoping to get some commissions so I can get to the pony fair as well. My wishlist is on pinterest in two parts and I have another on the arena that's just ponies. This was a trade that I did with someone over facebook. visitors can't see pics , please register or login I've started doing stickers for trade items as well. They're ink sketches but since my colors are limited at the moment, I also use color pencil on some ponies. All of your sketches are adorable! Fizzy is probably my favorite.
Art theft really is frustrating. But if people are redrawing, a watermark might not help. Depending on the site, you might be able to report them to the admins? Though I've heard that on deviantart, they might not do anything if they consider it "referencing". Drawing ponies is my outlet for my addiction without buying stuff. I feel exactly the same way. 365

Thank you.
If I were a pony my cutie mark would probably be a Reese's cup. 368

It looks like they're trying to go with the Luna from season one as far as the mold goes. But at least they're keeping the colors consistent (minus the cutie mark) between this and the plushie.

Wanted! / prefer to trade« on: April 15, 2014, 11:39:24 PM »Hi, everyone. Thanks for checking out my wishlist. I am buying, but do prefer to trade. I offer custom art for my half of the trade of a value equal to your half of the trade + shipping. Please see my commission rates for trade values or read below at the bottom of this post. Trade values based on average costs/sales posts. Overseas shipping is available for traditional pieces, however monthly slots are limited due to prohibitively shipping costs. I can offer digital art for overseas trades with no limit or a scan of a traditional art piece. Art samples after wishlist below I am also open for art trades. If you're interested, just pm me and we can work out the details. Unless we've traded art before, I'll need your trade first because of being taken advantage of in the past. I expect value for value with art trades. Please be honest and show me samples of your own work and let me know what you would be willing to draw (digital, traditional, color, black and white, full body, portrait, et cetera) when contacting me for a trade. If I reject your offer for an art trade, please do not be offended. ---------------------- WISH LIST Pretty much just Care Bears and video games at the moment. Pony Corral / Re: What kind of collector are you?« on: April 12, 2014, 07:55:12 PM »Do you collect only one generation? Hmm, well, when I first started, I was just collecting G1 and G3. I didn't even know about G4 yet. I think we were just getting through 3.5 when I was really getting into it and when I heard about 4, I thought it was going to be a horrible remake. Though now I'm a G1, 3, and 4 collector. Do you keep your ponies in their boxes? I know that they're better kept in boxes, but I also like having them loose. So if it's something special I'd keep it in a box unless I can get two of them-one for the box, one for loose; which isn't feasible at the moment. Do you collect every pony you can or do you only go for certain models/colours etc? At first, I went nuts collecting nearly any and everything because it was My Little Pony and it was like nostalgia was getting the better of me. Also, ebay is an extremely competitive place and kind of addicting when you have extra money. After thinning out the herd so to speak, I'm focusing on my favorites from each generation that I like. Some are specific ponies and others share a common theme. *Any ponies you can't stand? BBE-they just look super creepy to me. Thankfully I found a way to alter those so I'm more open to them now. And I don't like G2 at all. Is there a certain condition your ponies have to be in? I like all of my ponies to be mint. Unless I'm doing a custom, I don't want bait, bites, cancer, et cetera If it's something that I just can't find, then I'll consider marks under the hooves or something. *Pony hunting: online or off? I like both. I prefer offline though because of the feeling that comes from finding something in person-especially in thrift stores. But I like getting mail and packages as well. 372
