So here is my fakie. She has nailpolish on her  But at least she is not as droopy headed as the others:

To me these lines made me think of palau(?) fakies I have seen, they had hair like that. Which is confusing as the body part has traces of the takara stamp.
I have the same fakie, she came in set with a pink one who had blue hair. Both have slightly showing 'Takara' stamps on their butt. I got them when I was a kid so don't remember much about them or the actual brand. The hair is so bad quality that I should re-root both of them. They were the only fakies in my herd which I liked 'cause they were so cute.  I also have the bright pink one with purple hair, she's much worse quality-wise than the blue&pink 'twins' and there's no trace of a stamp.

The mane options were kinda weird as they didn't have the 'mane six' hair at all, I had hard time finding a good one. Here's the closest things I found to make my persona (who still doesn't have a name after 6 years..) visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I think that "Ice Crystal" used to be Quarterback. The Fireball looks like himself unfortunately. Personally I do not like the idea of customizing a rare pony (like MB) if it can be restored. The person wanting to customize could always swap the "bait" to a similar but not so rare one as I'm sure there would be someone willing to save a pony like that. I don't want to sound mean but.. I 'know' someone who likes to customize a lot but that person sucks at it, seriously. Probably the worst I've seen. I nearly choked on my coffee when I saw that this person had customized Thundercloud into a horrible piece of..work. That Thundercloud had good paintwork and original hair, he had some age and cancer spots but with some paint to cover them up he could have been restored easily!  The "artist" had added pics of how the customizing proceeded which made the situation worse as you could see that Thundercloud could have been saved by someone. The customs look like they were made by a six year old and the "artist" is around 30, I'm not kidding. If some of the Finnish members here read this, you'll probably know who I'm talking about... The person is a collector so must have been aware of the value of the pony..

P.S.S. Does anyone else have the urge to rehair Draculaura? I want to like her, but God, I hate the pink streaks in her hair! She's the only MH of the core six dolls that I only have one of...just little ol' DOTD Draculaura. I want another, but I just can't find one that I like...
Yes, I do have the urge to rehair her, I hate her bangs and the pink streaks. I have GB & DotD Draculauras and I actually used black permanent marker to see if I could at least eliminate the pink stripes from her bangs. It worked, but I'm still hating the bangs. 
I dye my own hair black, so next time I will try the dye on her too. I've tested with white G1 pony hair few years ago, it didn't take too well but the MH doll hair seems a bit different so we shall see.. (GB Draculaura is my test victim).
I'd try to find a dye designed for textiles or actual doll hair dye. Human hair dye doesn't bond well with fake hair. Also, for reference, the majority of the MH hair is saran and some kanekalon. I'd honestly re-root, myself. You wouldn't want the dye to drip or seep into the doll's head and then stain the face.
I agree, I wouldn't use human hair dye
while MLP are nylon hair -- yup i believe the MH girls have more of a saran hair (feels a little softer than pony hair) but a dye like RIT or Dylon would be a better choice than the dye for your hair

I haven't had much luck with RIT when it comes to dyeing something black.. I do have it (just in case) so that will be my other option. The pony's hair was left as a 'stormy grey' shade (dyeing white to black with human hair dye, just because I had a bait lying around the bathroom while I dyed my own hair  ) so at least it would probably do something for the shade and if it looks bad I can try RIT or reroot. Actually have to root some parts of DotD Draculaura's head anyway because she has quite bad balding going on on top of her head (probably on purpose, to save hair when they though people wouldn't remove the ponytail hairdo).
