Trader & Shipping Support / I need help contacting a person on the trading post :)

Hi, does anyone here on the arena know how to get in touch with a member who goes by Verminqueen on the trading post? I have some ponies on hold for her and have not heard back from her since mid July. The PO messed up on my shipping quote and I need to let her know that. She sent me the money before I could correct the price. I can't send her the ponies until I get paid the difference in shipping. I am happy to refund her the money she paid if the shipping is to high but I have not recieved any messages from her letting me know what it is she would like me to do. I have sent her several pm's and direct emails and have even talked to the admins over on the trading post.

So long story short, I need some advice as to what I should do about the situation. Should I just refund her what she paid me and put the ponies back up for sale or should I refund her keep the ponies on hold for her and see if she gets back to me and wants to send me the correct amount or should I hold off and wait?

If anyone knows her or how to reach her please let me know. She lives in the UK

I ran to WalMart today and took a trip over to the pony aisle and low and behold they had a full set of the purple blind bags for sale. I am sooo happy to finally get the boys! I was however a bit annoyed that the majority of them had factory flaws of some sort

the pink bags were much nicer in appearance. Oh well, I cleaned them up and they look pretty nice! I love Noteworthy and Big Mac.

I hate to get in the middle of this but I think in order to be fair to the seller you should contact the mods if you are having unresolved issues instead of going public with this. Its a personal matter between buyer and seller and should be handled that way as well.

I would check for two things.

1. Go back and check the message you sent to the buyer to see if you typed your paypal addy correct.

2. Have the buyer check and see if the payment says waiting to confirm...if it says that then she/he needs to cancel the payment because the email addy they were trying to send payment to doesn't exist and they need to resend it. This can happen when a buyer types in the wrong address accidentally or you possibly typed it wrong and they just copied and pasted what was sent to them.

3. Have the buyer contact paypal if they don't beleive the payment was never received.

I have made the mistake of mistyping my email to a buyer once myself and the same thing happened when I tried to send money. It is easily resolved and fixable

Wow! I love it when a good deal comes along. I managed to snatch up a TE Bright Eyes in excellent shape at an antique store for 8$ ( my boyfriend was also with) a TE Speedy in great shape at a thrift store for .60 cents and a near mint Posey with pink hair for 1.00. Those have been my best finds so far!

Wow...I am so glad that I am not the only female out there that doesn't feel the need to put on makeup. I have a nice natural complexion and look much younger than my 31 years so I don't feel the need to glop it on

I will wear it lightly on occassion but that is about it. Besides....I think most women are prettier without it!!!
