I don't know about the USA but they are all out in the UK - Smyths, TRU, Argos and the Entertainer are all stocking them.

Have her and her sisters, but still seeking her jewels to complete the set

My first pony was FF Minty - I specifically asked for her from Santa Claus the first year that MLP appeared - and my last childhood pony was Tropical Breeze flutter pony. My sister was younger and continued to get ponies for presents but I was 'too old' for ponies and that made me sad Now I still have all of our childhood ponies which was a great start to my collection herd

My OH is supportive We have been together 13 years and I've been collecting almost that long, so I guess he is just used to it. He never shops for ponies - all pony presents he has bought me were 'reimbursed'! - but he does phone me or tell me as soon as he spots new ones in the shops, though he has trouble telling them apart, especially with so much mane 6 around. He doesn't collect anything but his hobby is going to the pub so I don't nag him about that Recently I got giant plushie Frilly Frocks in the post and I really have nowhere to put her (and feeling guilty about taking up yet more precious space). She is now sitting on our living room floor and it is a very big pony for a very small room! But he wouldn't let me put her in the garage or the attic incase she gets spoiled and the other day he said she is his favourite pony so far! I was shocked but happy

Aw, he looks lovely Einhorn, great story My Lightning was also the first MB in my herd. He was a gift from a lady who works with my other half - she gave me four ponies that had belonged to her daughter = 2 commons, 1 fakie and Lightning, so I was delighted! I love him because he looks like AJ and she is one of my all-time favourites of any generation.

I have Cherry too (I picked her for her 50s 'do and for her G1 ancestry ) and Big Mac - they make a lovely couple I don't normally buy fakies/bootlegs, but I thought they were cute and when they arrived I was impressed by the quality for the price.

Found this pic of my two soda girls - the holes are weird so I'm really glad I got mine with their straws, think I was lucky as I didn't know the floats were so sought after. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Also stalking this thread I am in the UK and Minty was my first pony and Blue Belle was my sister's first pony. We got them from Santa Claus the first year MLP came out I had been patiently waiting for my first pony after seeing the original six advertised in a comic. I still have both ponies and their accessories - they are both FF and came with the same colour of accessories as are usually listed (light aqua blue for Minty and white for Blue Belle). I'm pretty sure I remember they were on bubble card packaging.

I've got less than 20 ponies to go in order to complete my regular issue USA & UK collection, so most of those I still need are of the VHTF variety but I do still need Bowtie - the shy pose, curly haired version. I never expected her to be so difficult to get in decent condition!

Wow, surprised! It was excellent this year, great venue and the hotel staff loved us! I'm very fond of Leicester and always happy to revisit, although I am a little sad that PonyCon isn't moving to a new venue as that is one of my favourite things about the event - new places to visit as well a weekend full of ponies. Off to book the dates in my diary now
