I always thought it was 'glass blocks the gaze' type of thing. kind of like Cyclops from X-men, but it doesn't have to be red crystal.

Wow, hes amazing! Thanks puku!  He sure is! Possibly my favorite doll in terms of sculpt and detail. I'm kinda bummed part of his left eyebrow got rubbed off when I took him to the beach the other week. I could touch it up with some paint, but I'm not sure I'd be able to get the color right. :/
Hey, so I just got a Picture Day Cleo (for her outfit) and I notice in her Fearbook, it says she's voted for Deuce for "Best Eyes" ... and I'm just wondering if she's ever even *seen* his eyes, seeing as how she'd turn to stone if he ever looked at her without his glasses on. I guess maybe she's just assuming he has the nicest eyes. 
He does have those clear glasses that come with his casketball uniform. So maybe he's worn those around her before?
His Scaris glasses are also translucent, as well as most of his other glasses so I think she's seen his eyes through them. ^^

So, now that I know there will be a dance class 5 pack, I have no need to buy Robbecca or Operetta from that line. Yay. Also FINALLY GIL. I missed out on his Skull Shores version. I do wish that they would make a Basic/Signature version of him though. Poor guy seems to be getting left out.
And I'll def need that I <3 fashion Scarah. I need to let my friend know about her because she keeps joking with me about selling her my spare SDCC Scarah. lol.
All the other girls look amazing as well. So super excited!

WeepingPiano- I don't think it's really supposed to be an actual corset, but rather one of those stupid waist-cincher/bustier things. Or a high-waisted skirt with decorative lacing. It's kind of cute, but yeah, totally wrong for an actual corset. *shrug*

Ugh. That TX person is like, 50 miles from me. *sigh* So they're somewhat local. Blah. People like that are annoying.
I mean, if I did resale, I'd buy maybe one or two dolls for resale at a time and leave the rest. I'd also start the bids at a little under retail. If they go up to crazy prices because of crazy people, that's one thing, but starting bids or BIN's at crazy prices isn't right.

Adhfalkdjlkehrlkjsa..... *pauses to hyperventilate* I have the BEST FRIENDS EVER!!! I got a call this morning from one of them saying that Catrine was in stock at our local Walmart. I was all "Cool, I'll have to go before work." She told me that there was 'only one left' and that if I"d pay her back she'd pick her up for me.
Well, just a few minutes ago my friends came by the house (along with a friend I don't see very often). She actually just gave me Catrine as a late x-mas present! Yay! So super happy! I'll post pics of her tonight when I get home but for now I need to get ready for work. ;.;
So for that map, Catrine has shown up in Allen, TX 75002. Unfortunately, she's already sold out. Evidently someone else had already been there before my friends, so with mine they got the last 3.

I got DT Abbey at Tuesday Morning earlier this month. She was the only one they had at the moment though. TM gets stuff pretty randomly. A couple of years ago they had a BUNCH of Hestia dolls, then NEVER AGAIN. Makes me said because I was only able to get one and I'd like to have more.

Sadly I can't justify getting the school. I barely have enough room for what I DO have, let alone a whole school playset. *sigh* And I bet whenever I move in with the BF and DO have room for it I'll regret not getting it. lol

Ugh... Just got done reorganizing my MH dolls. I have no more than 3 of each character on the shelf, and all the rest are neatly arranged in a drawer in my dresser. I still have a TON of clothes/ accessories to organize though. ;.;
Also, at this count I have 97 dolls including duplicates/customs. Sheesh. No wonder I"m running out of room.

Woo! I got Polterghoul and Scaris Ghoulia today! Yay! Still no Catrine, and I didn't see a Deuce at the two stores I went to. I work tomorrow so hopefully we'll have something there. I also managed to pick up this year's valentine's lalaloopsy, the single Fairy Blythe from LPS, and I won an auction for a Sailor Moon Cutie Moon Rod, which I"m super excited about.

That Venus is so pretty!!! Super excited for her...
On the eyebrows/hair front, it's never bothered me. My hair naturally changes shade with how much I'm outside, and I have dark thick eyebrows so they never match. My mom dyes her eyebrows, but she dyes hers darker because they're naturally white blonde and just blend in with her face, while she leaves her hair natural. It's just never been something that bothers me. *shrug* Sometimes, though, dyed eyebrows will throw me off. Like, when I see someone with neon hair that has dyed their eyebrows to match. It sometimes looks weird.
