Hello pals. I’m looking to finally get a grail of mine; a Soft Sleepy Newborn! My budget is about $200 and I’m open to any of the three although Hushabye is my favourite. Accessories aren’t needed, but they would be a nice bonus! While I’m normally not super picky, these girls are grails for me so I would like them in decent condition. No BIG scuffs to the cutie marks, no giant marks, no haircuts, and I’m aiming for one that still has a working eye mechanism. I’ve been waiting for this opportunity for many years, so please contact me thru a PM or a reply to this thread!

Holy moly, I had no idea! I've never owned one before. I assumed bc of their saddles and features, they'd be a tad bigger like the Precious Pockets or Sweet Talkin...but that size comparison is crazy!! Now I want one even more than before!!

TBH I’m not even sure if this thingy is MLP related. Last year I bought a nearly complete Dream Castle from a fellow at a flea market. When I got it home, I had a couple of random pieces in the box that weren’t a part of the Dream Castle. This piece is driving me nuts. I can’t find anything similar. All of Paradise Estates floors has some sort of detailed tiles on them. This piece is completely blank. I’d really like to figure out what on earth it is and whether I should trash it or not, but I’m not sure it can be identified. The only marking on it reads “3316-2238” Anyways, here are the pics. Again, I doubt that this can be identified, but I’d be happy just knowing if it’s a piece to a MLP G1 playset or not. I’m

I've never understood the whole G3.5 thing....Why .5? Because they have big heads? Why weren't they just G4? Because they had some of the same characters? Heck, G4 still has Applejack, so does that make them technically G1.4? G3 reused characters too, so it's obvious that doesn't influence the naming.
I legit don't understand. It just makes no sense no matter how I look at it.

Thanks so much guys! I’m so happy to have them in my herd! My cats are less appreciative of the pretty ponies. If I leave them out at cat-height-level, they get bushy-tailed and spooked by them which is entertaining. Idk how they can be scared of those calm smiles, but whatever. Cats are weird lol

Great to see the elephants and the bear again after a travel across the globe, and it's also great to know they are in a home where they are appreciated 
These 3 fakies used to belong to my sister, but she didn't need them anymore, so she gave them to me, and I thought pyrodarknessanny might like them I remember us playing with them in the early 1990s. Unfortunately I cannot remember where and in what format they were purchased, and nor can she (it must have been a local purchase though, so in Hungary). She was super amazed and happy when I told her where the fakies are now 
The fact that the elephants glow in the dark surprised both of us, we were totally unaware of their GitD feature - such a cool find!

I am loving this thread (and I seriously need that "My love for unicorns..." backcard :O OMG!  )!
I always check fakies, and I have owned some since childhood - I don't actively collect them, and I don't have a lot, but if I find one that I like, I buy it. Unfortuantely almost none are pictured, and most of them are also packed away - but there's one, a thrift find, whom I keep displayed in our living room, because her massive attitude calls for 24/7 visibility. She can be used as a meme for a dozen of situations, but I tend to call her the "Oh, I see what you did there"-fakie. This is why:

She has a Pinkie Pie-like cutie mark on one side, butterfly-like wings (maybe that's why she's giggling awkwardly?), and no tail (or maybe this is why. I didn't really realise this until now. Oops  )

hmmm it depends on the error, really. Stuff like the G1 oddballs (Bobbie etc) aren't really my thing, but I do like some of the G4 oddballs/hybrids (like Holly Blue in my sig). Not sure that they really count as "factory errors", though.
But other errors, I don't specifically seek them out but I'll keep them if I end up with them. Like my poor visually-impaired Lyra...

and OMG that Majesty! I love her!
She looks like one of those girls that uses white eyeliner on the lower lid to make their eyes appear bigger but it never actually works. I like factory errors but I doubt that I'd go out of my way for one. I enjoy seeing photos of them though!

1. Build a proper area/ stand to display the few playsets I own
2. Finish up some restoration projects
3. Complete a few sets
4. Hopefully hit 300 ponies (I'm currently at 267)
