Where is she made? I am assuming China...
I ask because the majority of ones in the UK are chinese and in the US Hong Kong. Since fading etc depends on the plastic, especially with white ponies, it might be worth checking whether the conflicting advice is conflicting for that reason.
My hk one has more translucent plastic which I would expect to be a problem to fade. I have never seen a discoloured chinese one in person. My childhood one is still white. They tend to have a more opaque white so the rules may be different.
She's Chinese and has a forelock. I actually read your thread about the differences between the China and Hong Kong ones when I was googling advice but it didn't actually occur to me that that might be why there's so much conflicting stuff online, so thank you

Hello! I want to get rid of the discolouration on my Cherry Treats, who is currently a sort of... yellowy beige. I understand that this pony is prone to discolouration because of the chemicals that make her scented, and things that work on other "white" ponies might just make her worse.
I've seen mostly conflicting advice online so far so I'd just like to know if anyone here has succeeded in bleaching their Cherry Treats and/or what whitening treatments to avoid. Thank you!

She's a very good horse. Hasbro really spoiled us with G3, huh... Have her! She took me ages to find, but I got one on eBay last year!
Here is a picture of her with the rest of her set, she was the last one I needed, and they all look so pretty together! Her blue is unlike any other g3!

Got her!!  After literally going this morning and asking someone about her and being told she would be put out June 30th, they then went ahead and put her out. A friend happened to be there when they where unboxing and putting them out and she picked one up for me! So I’ll be working on a review video and will have it up Friday or sooner. I bought an extra to do a giveaway so make sure you check it out

I've also never seen a g3 without a metal washer, but for what it's worth getting one wet or even dunking her in water entirely (which i have done in the past) doesn't always mean she'll get tail rust. Just make sure they dry out properly and I imagine you'll be fine =)

I don't own any deflocks and doubt i'll ever go out of my way to get one. I just really love gimmicky ponies and the fuzzy feeling of a near-mint SS- my Bouncy was the jewel of my collection for a long time.

Oh, of course! If I'm gay, then the ponies have to be gay too. Duh.
This is basically how it is for me too ^^ when i was a kid i didn't really know that gay people existed, and i grew up with g3, so there weren't many relationships in my herd- apart from cotton candy's off-screen "husband" (later portrayed by a ratty old g1 posey), because hey, butterscotch and baby pink sunsparkle had to come from somewhere. nowadays, it's just... yeah, i'm gay, so my ponies are gay too. that's just how it works, duh. I don't have many couples but g3 applejack and spring fever are of course a butch/femme lesbian couple. and cotton candy disapproves of butterscotch's flighty girlfriend shell-belle. and g4 fluttershy and rainbow dash are always displayed next to each other

So! I recently (as in, like two hours ago) received a lot of some g1 ponies in varying condition, and one of them is a princess taffeta with a thin, straggly tail and round red jewel in her cutie mark. I can't find much information on her except that she's a UK variant. here she is: her head popped right off when i turned it, so i'm tempted to rename her Mare-y Antoinette... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginDoes anyone else have her? I'd also quite like to know if she's HTF- mine is, as you can see, partially bald, and i'd like to at least give her her tinsel forelock back, but i'm generally reluctant to rehair ~rare~ ponies. Thank you!
