Dang, you all. Some of these stories are awful. The dating scheme sometimes sucks, doesn't it?

I met a guy on POF and we had one date and he disappeared. He appeared again a year or two later and wanted to date again. We got into conversations about hobbies (we both love anime). I also mentioned my dog, who is precious to me and only gets high quality food. He said if we get together, we have to be married in one year and I cannot buy my dog high quality food. I also mentioned how my mom and I like to go to the casino one time, and he said he would have to set a limit on that too. Really setting the bar early on, eh? I texted him after the date and told him he was too controlling and had issues. To his credit, he did apologize. But I never went out with him again after that. You don't lay out the life rules on a second date like that. Things happen naturally.
We went to an anime convention together too and I will say he did something very adult and inappropriate. He was disgusting.

I met another guy from POF. Right from the get go, alarm bells were singing in my head that this guy was a major creeper. He told me he had a pending case for statutory rape and when he met my parents (yes on the first date.....it was weird), he used excessively foul language. He also tried to sneak me off to do things I did NOT want to do. I found out he is now a registered sex offender, and failed to register when he moved, and is now in prison. Odd thing was, I worked with his brother for a while.    Credit to his brother, he was so ashamed of him he changed his last name to his wife's so he would not be associated with is brother in any way. You cannot help who you are related to.

This is more of an ex story. I was dating a guy who broke up with me after my two brothers were shot (one killed). His reason for breaking up was his job, and he "didn't want to be a crutch for my dead brother."  He also said my brother is "just another statistic" to everyone, and no one in the world cares except us. I stupidly took him back after he lost his job and needed a sugar momma. He expected me to pay for all the dates. He showed no physical affection and cringed to hug me. I was just a money pit to him. I was a MORON for taking him back. I chopped the relationship off recently. Good riddance.

I am single now. My standards are very high. I wont settle.

Lady Frostbite, I have mine on huge bookshelves and spread throughout various places of my room. My collection needs organized.

I have two series I am gonna start soon. Kiss Him Not Me, and Fluffy Cinnamaroll (I love cute, children's manga).

I am reading Everybody's Getting Married and this one is not really clicking with me.
