op, the first half of your post sounds like you might be lactose intolerant. it’s in more stuff than you think, and one of the most common symptoms is having to suddenly use the bathroom about 10-20 minutes after eating the food. it kicks in super fast for a lot of sufferers (myself included). in the rush to keep up with demand, restaurants have increasingly started sharing prep spaces between things that used to be separated (like dairy) and it’s also used in more things now.

I love slime, I used to run one of those slime instagrams in their hayday haha. But the slime they sell in stores (with a few exceptions), especially in toys like these, is completely different. Store slime is super gross imo, and not even that stretchy before it tears. Also smells gross most of the time.
I am however now intrigued by these Crystal Creatures, might go look for one. They even come with a stand like how cool is that? How much do they go for usually?

@ tailrust i go to 2nd avenue sometimes, lst time i went i got a huuuge haul of g3/3.5 and g4 mcdonalds toys but no actual g4  ty for the advice on what to look out for! @ starry oh no! @ whisper ty for the advice! @ casey haha it does seem like theres lots of issues! and i keep all my ponies in the house so they should be fine :0

So I decided a few weeks ago that I do actually like a good handful of the g4 toys and have decided to start collecting those as well. Are there any issues they are prome to I should look out for? Or are they just not old enough for us to know that yet?
I’m especially concerned about the water-filled ones, as they are some of the ones I’m most interested in obtaining, but with Hasbro’s increasing lack of quality control, I am wary of spending money on them only for them to rust, mold, or break.
Any info/advice about g4 collecting would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I’m really excited about the DLC tbh, because it’s actual DLC and not “the rest of the game you already bought” and they’ll be adding the new pokemon as a free update so you can get them even if you don’t buy the DLC! The new characters are cool and I’m really excited for the Galarian legendary birds! Zapdos looks rad, I’m thinking it’ll be electric/ground.

Anyone else have issues with crunchy hair straight out of the box?
In the forelock or elsewhere? It seems like they put a product in to keep the forelock condensed, but I find it brushes out.
its in the forelock! good to know, i was a little upset when i opened em fresh out of the box and they were like that haha

New pictures, and some frustration. I’ve had a handful of repro ponies still in their boxes just sitting around, and I finally opened them, only to discover Medley and Bowtie have crunchy forelocks! I hope whatever it is will wash out :/ g2 Sky Skimmer! my first proper g2, she’s beautiful! I want most of the artistry girls, and the Hannukah ponies made me feel so happy and represented ;w; Not a fan of Kitty Love but I love the sitting pose, especially with freckles. And I’ve wanted Pepper Jack since I first laid eyes on him. Definitely check these out if you can afford it!

YALL so I just discovered g3 so softs and oh my g-d I need like 20. They’re so cuuuute 😍. Some of the 3.5 newborn ones are a litte creepy (like the crawling ones) but holy crap if I ever get my hands on Bright Night or Tripsy Daisy I’ll die of happiness.
I feel like I probably wanted one of these as a kid but my mom told me I was too old for those ones or something haha. I have a huge weakness for those old teddy bears with the babydoll faces and these have like the same vibe for me only cute and pastel horses instead!
I’m assuming these are unpopular because I didn’t even know they existed hha
