Would like to view them, but you forgot (?) the link to your Facebook album. :)

I see, thanks a lot! Still too expensive imo, but at least I'm now correctly informed. :D

For me too, please. I just checked the DHL online page and still can't find any insured shipping option to the US for less than 37(!) Euros. :-/
https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/preise/preise-international.html

I see... so there is a smaller registered parcel option available now after all. They did a few changements on that in the past for parcels sent inside Germany, probably because of the competitor Hermes' success. Thank you Libelle for that additional info. You did really well.  ^.^

Taffeta, all that shipping stuff works best with friends. I'm always trying to find agreements with people to help each other...

also, for shipments from Germany to the UK or inside Europe there is still the "Hermes" company which wasn't interesting before due to the possibility of sending letter post. But from now on, and as far as inner-european shipping is concerned, that would probably be the best option, except people find and create structures in order for the community to get their hands on the business shipping option, and there is different ways to do so.
The real problem without any structures created is overseas shipping to the US and the rest of the world.

MLP Nirvana / Re: Confirmed names of the Macau ponies?

Interesting... I noticed the parlour tags show the corresponding symbols, too. Once again, as for the backcard, Butterscotch is being named "Jenny". This means there have been severe contradictions in naming between cards and accessories. Perhaps they intended one version but it got changed in the process of the pony's actual release.

Also, there are names for Snuzzle (which technically came out as Snuzzledrop) and Blossom (which would be Blosscotch), but both these ponies have not been produced as a "clean" version for themselves. As a result, it might be "right" for Blosscotch to be called "Bonnie" and Snuzzledrop to be called "Rosie", if I get it right? Even more as "Jenny" can not be used for Blosscotch, as the name is already taken for the brown version of Peachy sold as "Jenny" with that name on her card.

Kellyponyfeathers, exactly. As I said, there is some sort of an equivalence (to some extent), but it is reserved for commercial/professional use. Packages with ponies and sweets and a letter and tracked shipping would only be possible with a regular parcel for 35 euros. "Gift" sendings among community members would be a problem as well.

What a mess, I have had that useless, redundant communication before. This thread isn't quite fresh anymore but the solution I can think of, and what has worked for me in the past was to call them rather than write. Also, I would think it'd help to have more than one Ebay account - that way, you can bid with the new account and BIN with the banned one, until the ban is lifted again. All you need is a second email address to register with.
Though I hope your problem has been resolved since.

I have her - with smaller and larger body, China and HK versions if I remember well and one is quite hardened, I think it's the darker one of both...

Hello folks,

I have gotten myself into trouble (a bit) and would like others to be prevented from that. The issue is, the German mail does not allow ponies to be sent by letter post anymore, only documents. The new rules apply since new year's eve, without any warning...
This applies to any private seller, people with a business would be able to register an account with the "Deutsche Post" and send their ponies for even a little less than before, as long as they ship five international shipments in the same quarter of the year.

This means, any private person who sells a pony on Ebay right now without knowing this has to pay the difference in postage from 6,20 euros to ~18 Euros uninsured (small parcel) or ~35 Euros insured (regular parcel)  in order to complete their side of the deal.

Corrected info by Libelle (lower down in this thread):
Shipping costs for anything up to 2 kg:

within Europe without tracking => 10.30 USD (9 EUR) with DHL
within Europe with tracking => 12.40 USD (10.79 EUR) with Hermes
within Europe with tracking => 13.20 USD (11.50 EUR) with DHL

worldwide without tracking => 18.35 USD (16 EUR) with DHL
worldwide with tracking => 23 USD (20 EUR) with DHL

Happily, my buyer is relaxed and gives me the time I need to find a solution for this, as I do have a couple of ideas in mind.
Well, you are aware now, take care. :)

By the way, there has been these variations of UK princess variants before. I am talking about her having no tinsel in her tail, but the other version from the links I posted above does have multi color tinsel in her tail. I may not sound like it, but I find this pretty awesome. :D

Again? There has been one like this already http://mlparena.com/archive/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.ShowItem&g2_itemId=473005

Mentioned in these threads before:
http://mlparena.com/index.php/topic,388531.msg1674482.html
http://mlparena.com/index.php/topic,310080.0.html

From the tail which is significantly thinner on yours, I can tell it's not the same pony. Would be time to add her to the wiki I guess?

Oh, congratulations! She's a gem indeed. :)

Nirvana:
Mexcian Baby North Star
Mexican Moondancer
Argie Ribbon
Brazil Paradise (still at a friend's place)
Italian AB eyes Cotton Candy (Palomino, Macau Style)
Italian AB eyes Minty (Macau Style)
Italian AB eyes Bluebelle   (Macau Style)
Italian Glory
Italian Medley (upgrade)
Italian Twilight (upgrade)

Recent releases:
Loyal Subjects "Regular" Chase Lickety Split
Loyal Subjects "Regular" Chase Snuzzle
Loyal Subjects GID Princess Sparkle
Loyal Subjects GID Minty
a set of the reeking Retro G1 Euro Rainbow ponies  :yikes:

Also this and that, some more which I've not recieved yet, some traded ones, some Dollymix which are now finally complete... 2018 has been a good pony year to me, however I'm now on a buying hiatus (pretty much, not 100%) so 2019 will most certainly be less busy in this way.

My favorites are those AB eyed Macau Style ponies as well as the Argie Ribbon and the Mexicans, not only but also due to the pristine condition they're in.

Pony Corral / Re: Issues with 35th Anniversary Ponies
« on: December 19, 2018, 06:12:49 PM »
Wow, I had no idea... however unboxing mine seems not an option, they reek so badly I am happy they are in the box they came in. Bought them from french Amazon when I was over there during summer. Didn't notice anything weird but will check back next time I'm in the cellar. Wouldn't even want them in my apartment due to their scent, not even in their original Amazon box. But I don't tolerate artificial scents/perfumes in general so it might be better for most of you. Still I can't understand they made them that heavily scented, even more when kids are intended to play with them. It is utterly toxic... :(
