MLP Nirvana / Re: Q about Italian Gusty's size

I know the legs on that shape are further apart in the middle on the Italians so they stand a little lower down

Hi

Here they are <3

Hi all :)
I thought I would start this off with one thing I absolutely love for my ponies hair and people can add some tips of their own to the thread yay!
These tiny jaw clips, they come in a lot of different small sizes and shapes, I just realized I don't have a great variety of them left but here are a few examples

Pony Corral / Re: Oh the PAIN!!!
« on: April 15, 2014, 01:55:38 AM »
Do you now have a plug of pony hair in your hand? Tehe... I used to work at a sewing factory and would jab myself with the large pins on occasion. The most painful place to be cut/poked in the hand is under a fingernail Eeehh!! it will ache for like 3 days and then it's more painful if you touch/use that finger what so ever, which is impossible not to do. The worse time I had done that the thing went under pretty far in the middle of my thumb nail and I have a scar there that still hurts sometimes and makes my nail grow weird there. My nail breaks at that spot and the scar made a line all the way to the white part at the top if the nail D:

Yay so you got both the piggies you were looking for.. Congrats and you have the piggie I like most of all algodente(spelling??) but I don't think I have seen pics of all the different piggies I don't think I've seen a rayito before but she is also very pretty, I like that those two are unique ponies to the piggie set

Price Check Archives / Re: PC: Near mint Ice Crystal
« on: April 11, 2014, 12:50:33 PM »
I've seen him sell anywhere between 80-130 (some bad condition ones will sell lower though)but there was one really minty one on eBay with his brush recently that sold for 150 but it was with free shipping so maybe that had something to do with it? I don't know if his brush adds much to the price. I agree with party pony though about the 100-130 range for him he has always seemed to be the most popular mountain boy

Mine has those same yellow marks on her but more on her face than her body.. Let us know how the sun works on those as I would be especially interested to know if it works for her.. Mine also had some pretty terrible frizzy hair and I flat ironed it like explained in the other comments and now it is so much better, the end of my girls tail was a ratted mass and flattening it made it longer since it straightens the hairs out yay :D

sorry PKW i wasn't meaning to say i didn't believe your price checks its just that the last several HTS that Ive seen on ebay were all around $110 give or take $5ish... i think there was a nicer one that went for $130ish on ebay about 10 months ago just before i bought my bald girl for $70 because i thought that i wouldn't be able to get a nice one for under $150(with the shipping).. and since besides having no hair she is really nice overall....  i know there had been one on ebay for a while around that time too with no mane for $90 from a seller in Germany i believe
anyway i had been watching for her for a while and was also planning on making a g4 custom of her too but now i can since i have some as close as i can find colors from dolly hair and can see her symbols up close to match paint hehe and i will have her ready by the time the pony fair comes hehe shes gonna be so CUTE <3

MLP Nirvana / Re: Which ponies always seem to elude you?
« on: March 25, 2014, 02:59:23 PM »
ALL OF THEM lol a mint white gusty with really good symbols!! i know she isnt a nirvana but lol  i had bought like 8 of her trying to get a white one but once they showed up i found them to be not as white as described/ pictured so now i have an army of gusty... but i really like gusty too so its ok.. I suppose i could resell some of them though there are a few pretty good ones

Honestly she looks pretty good for a Brazilian, her mane looks very nice! you could probably straighten that tail like Shelti says... I also agree with not replacing the tail, mostly because there are absolutely no perfect matches for the green and the pink color in the hair.. I think I'm going to settle with what is the closest I can find for my bald girl but her plugs are so CLOSE together in the mane eep!!

I think pkw is a little low on her PC
I paid $130ish with shipping for this girl too and look at her flaws: mice chewed ear tips and a symbol rub as well as the dry/frizzy hair with a few broken pieces in mane and tail she is also from eBay

I haven't straightened her hair yet but soon probably..she has the broken little bits but her hair doesn't just fall apart it's just really rough/dry feeling so your girls tail is probably similar to this girls hair

If you do replace the tail I would keep the old tail incase you sell her at some point for the new owner
Here they are side by side

Bald girls tail is dolly hair and it is a lot shinier than original pony hair so it would look pretty different next to an original mane not just because of the color disparity

If you are really unhappy with her you could always offer her for sale for $130 and buy one when a better one comes up later

I believe I forgot to make a guess yet but I'm going to say baby sugarcake on June 18 at 12:45pm (that's around what time my mail comes) other wise if you are going to the pony fair Muhaha then my second guess is July 12 at 10:16am with the baby sugarcake
