I made repro hats for big brothers Spain, but The yellow hat of Salty is a problem for me... :S because I can´t be found picctures of yellow hat with the colour of the "S.S.Pony" are visible

¿Anybody have pictures of this yellow hat? :S

how did you make the holes for the ears in the hats?

The holes are in the original hat 

I was wondering what material you are using to cast in?  I have some model horse projects in the works and what ever you are using for those eyes would work for it. 

I use urethane resin for the castings, is white or creamy. the transparent resin is epoxi resin. thanx for your interest ^^
