I'm hoping it doesn't mean anything other than they're worried it's going to arrive not as they expected after they spent so much. But this pony was pretty nice, so if this is a decent person hopefully no problems. *fingers crossed* I don't want to report them to eBay yet as nothing actually has happened, but I'll definitely save that email if anything comes up. Doesn't eBay always side with the buyers no questions asked though?

I sincerely hope this was worth it. I was absolutely flabbergasted when I saw the price from my sniper service. It came very close to my limit. I had to do everything short of stealing to come up with the money. This is the most expensive item I have ever bought on eBay. It is almost double the price of the most expensive My Little Pony MOC I bought. The last [pony type removed to protect buyer] MOC I saw sold on eBay went for about [blank amount] less than a year ago. Of course, it was snatched up in about 10 minutes. I expected a higher price, but not that high. As I said, I really hope this is worth it, because [pony type removed] ponies are famous for pony cancer. I currently own an MLP Lofty MOC with pony cancer and I have no idea what to do with her. The seal on the card doesn't mean that they can't get cancer. Thank you for shipping it out so quickly.

I love the "unexpected bill" excuse. Ticks me off to no end. Even if it is true, if a $15-25 item is going to make or break your "bill", maybe consider your finances *before* you bid. Cause I'm telling you, my house could burn down to the ground, my car could get demolished, and I could get fired, all at the same time and I could STILL pay for current auctions. (I certainly wouldn't be buying again for awhile though!) *sigh* You don't have to be wealthy to be smart with your money. [end rant]

Yah, the same happens to me when I sell. I have 91 items with no feedback left. (I know because I don't leave feedback until the buyers do in case there are issues) It always makes me nervous that they weren't happy with the sale or something. Once in awhile I'll go down the list and send a reminder email, asking if they've received their items and to let me know if there were problems. That gets a few more to leave feedback, but most still don't.  What can ya do. Silverdawn

I'm off on the second set flutter ribbons again lol. I just got in a childhood collection from a woman who was *very* meticulous about saving everything her ponies came with. She had two second set flutter ponies, but the only ribbons left at the end of my sorting were a metallic pink and blue ribbon like the ones that came with Windy Wing ponies. Does anyone have any info about ponies like Tropical Dreams Cloud Puff coming with ribbons like those instead of gold lined ones?

Thanks guys! I worried I was maybe being paranoid, but I'm glad the rest of you think the same as I do. I just feel like she'll find something I overlooked or that since my camera misses small stuff, she's going to accuse me of misleading her when she specifically asked. Whew. I'm not a jerk. And it's weird, because I take tons of time cleaning ponies so they look really nice, but I never do the $40.00 for a Baby Stockings thing lol. She's only listed at $4.00, cocoberry was $4.00 etc. Thanks again! Silverdawn

I recently received this request on my eBay auctions
"I know your description is detailed but is there a chance you could post or send me photos of all sides of Windy, Coco berry, Blossom, Baby Stockings and Cotton candy? Many posts can be deceptive and I really don't want to buy a pony that has a hidden flaw/permanent mark/s."
Most of those items have two very large detailed pictures of each side of the pony, and I take a lot of care to make sure all major flaws are noted. And anytime I sell something incredibly rare like a Birthday Baby or something, I will definitely go over the pony with a fine tooth comb, but these are cheaper non-rare ponies. However, the tone of the question makes it seem like as though this person feels sellers are being sinister and trying to hide things... I just get a really bad vibe from this buyer. And eBay has no seller protection so if she gets anything and is overly particular about her ponies, there's nothing I can do to prevent a paypal clawback and negative feedback. My seller history is 100% perfect and I want to keep it that way. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for working with buyers, but if you feel a buyer is going to be a problem (and this one is international to boot, so any problems with be extra difficult to deal with), is it wrong to ask them not to bid and/or block the username to prevent potential issues?
