I have been training for a 5k with a friend for the past week  (only 6 weeks left, eeeep!  ), and I can already tell a difference my energy level. What has really made a difference for me this past week has been having my friend to run with. When I am by myself, I have a tendancy to push myself way too hard and overdo it. Now that I am running with my friend, it has been so much easier to pace myself and take it slow (so far, at least), and I'm feeling great!

So...I highly reccomend running with a friend

Even though FIM was what got me started collecting ponies, I am also a little uncomfortable with being labeled a brony. My friend told me that female bronies are technically pegasisters, but I haven’t ever heard anyone else use that term, and I think even she has reverted to just using the term brony. Regardless, I prefer pony collector
