Seeing as these little ones all come from the childhood herds of 2 Dutch people, I indeed suspect they're all European made, or at the very least come from lines of toys that were imported here. Which most likely makes identifying them even harder, but I'm happy with every tidbit people know or remember. I just can't help but be curious about them all. So thank you very much for your information!
Oddly, the head of the left donkey one seems to be very much like that of the glow in the dark ones. I wonder if they're related.
I'm very curious too! ^-^ But since they don't have any markings (at least not mine) I don't know where to start. I don't even know if they're vintage. The first one I found was like your right donkey there, but glow in the dark, and I found it in a boot fair a couple of years ago (together with a G2 baby and a DG baby fakie.) Donkey fakies pop up from time to time on the Swedish auction site, but nearly all the time labelled as MLP. The eye paint usually differ too, so it could be several companies or factories... Gosh I wish I knew more, I love my little donkeys to bits!

I really don't know anything about them but I collect donkey fakies like those in the last pic you posted. The one to the right I've only ever seen in Sweden so maybe it's European thing...?

Gosh, thank you! I'm so glad you like my stuff. ^-^ Watercolour pencils are awsome, I use them both wet and dry. I'd use my ordinary watercolours too if I knew where they are. X3 But since I do most of my art in my sofa the pencils are more practical anyway. And yeah, I'm NOT looking forward to having my wisdom tooth removed, It's growing all wrong and I'll need surgery to get it out.

Thanks for the kind words, y'all! ^-^ (Wow, this new Arena sure has some nifty effects!)
SDS: Aww, I think they only printed a few calendars for those who preordered before Christmas. I didn't have any money then so I don't even have one myself... :/
ZennaBug: Nope, I've still got my wisdom teeth but at least one of them has to go soonish, it's starting to cause trouble. >.<

They're actually very large loopy curls. The tinsel seems fairly crinkle free at that point, but it starts curling at the bottom, or even forming full large curls. It get's worse depending on how hot I set the flat iron. I can set it quite precisely though, and I doubt I've take it past 100 degrees centigrade. I believe most of them tend to start out at 120 degrees or so, maybe it's just what happens at low heat? I honestly haven't a clue at this point. I'll try and take a picture if anyone is curious.
Wow, that sure sounds interesting. I'd love to see that.

Oddly enough, I've not had any melting problems what so ever. It just ...curls...
Hmm, that's weird. Unless it's really small curls/frizz, because then it's probably melting.

The only way I've ever managed to sort of tame clear tinsel is by using a tweezer and pull each tinsel to the point where it starts to get streched. It feels kinda bouncy. You have to be really careful though, it's easy to stretch it too far or even to pull it out (especially in the tail). I wouldn't dare to use heat on that stuff, it melts as soon as you look at it... O.o

Ok the first one's not so new, but I don't think I've shown it here... It's for the 2012 calender for the Swedish pony forum. September was my month. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginOk, this is a bit of a WIP. I want to find a nice bakground for her. Oh and she has sparkly hair! Zomg. These two I made to cheer myself up while my wisdomtooth was aching. They're both watercolour pencils. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login
