[snip~] I hate to be a bother, but I can't tell this from your photos... Does she have: - any stains, discoloration (being white and all...);
- flaws (bite marks), noticeable gouges;
- are the bottoms of her hooves clean, free of stuck on grime, nothing in the tracks of the logo+hoof stampings;
- the hoof magnet cover intact and the hoof with the magnet free of glue blotches;
- the neck glue clean without stray blotches;
- no missing plugs, obvious hair snips;
- is the cutiemark/symbol/factory paint perfect and unblemished?

I've used Tigi Bed Head conditioner on a few ponies, simply because it was what I had at home. Thanks for the tip about Herbal Essence and Dove. I'll pick up one of those conditioners the next time I'm at the grocery store.

From the trial-and-error of pitting different conditioners together, and some (limited- I am no chemist, haha!) online research, this works the best and is not as likely to break down the nylon over time (especially with sun exposure) than what the cheaper drugstore brands would. I have no experience using anything by Bed Head so I couldn't tell you much about it.

a neutral still looks like poor FB. If it were me, I'd be tempted to leave something like this in neutral. NO idea if it breaks any rules, or would likely to be removed.
Repair undisclosed, zero padding for fragile item, zero response when notified.

Will it harm the pony if left in?
Depends on the products used. I recommend something nourishing, and lean more toward products for color-treated hair. Those products are meant to help maintain "false" and unnatural color, so the damage that general hair products could do over time is significantly minimized. I would avoid anything cheap, like V05, White Rain and the like, though. Those products are cheap for a reason- the amount of chemicals could do damage over time to the nylon hair. I lean toward Herbal Essences and Dove when it comes to staples. If you really wanted to be on the "safe side", get 100% natural conditioners made for color-treated hair (which is hard to find and can be pricey), skip shampooing, use general dish soap and hot water for the tough cleaning, and skip those 2-in-1s. **Edit: Hair U Wear Wash + Wear Moist Shampoo or similar (and conditioners) for wigs/synthetic hair is also a nice bet, but again, pricey.

Well, from my experience, if it wasn't disclosed or obvious in the photos, it may be worth your while to request a partial refund on them if you are wanting to keep the figures. This is coming from someone who is a stickler to study the pics and ask questions.
As a general rule of thumb, I give it about 10 days to wait for the seller to return my message, provided they are not a store (where it is their job and I figure they should not ignore their messages for too long when it comes to the transfer of goods for money) and a hobby eBayist that lacks courtesy because of crazy IRL stuffage who didn't bother to put their listing's away message up.
If you are okay with the purchase but not okay with how the seller is not communicating then I wouldn't bother with the partial refund. If the figures were grossly misrepresented and it appears deliberate that they hid the flaws and imperfections then I would go with the negative.
Though, if it is something that could be easily missed I'd err on giving them the benefit of the doubt, and leave it at a neutral. Again, this is provided that it's not someome's store where it's their job to ensure that their transactions go smoothly.

To be honest, I am always wary of China sellers. I have been burned more than once, showing me pics of things they claim to be authentic Hasbro only to get an overpriced knockoff, or busted merch because it was sent in a flimsy bubble mailer that got smashed, squished and mauled instead of a box to prevent damage.
If you look at the bubble around the pony you would be able to tell if it was pried off or just lifted over time. Or if it were a cheap adhesive that was slapped on. I recommend studying the pics and see if it was like that before shipment. If it was and it wasn't specified I would be asking for a partial refund since it is then not as likely to be NIP, if it is actually authentic.

Just looking for G4 necklaces and tiaras for the 3in and 4in ponies to complete any and all of my princesses and Canterlot Ball attendees. I do not necessarily want an entire lot of items, but I will consider if that is your preference as a seller.
Please send me a message or post if you have something for sale. If you would consider fair trades rather than selling that is also an option.
I will list what I own already as I collect and obtain them. I currently have none xP

I love these water globes so much. I have them ALL- I needed them in my life when I found they existed about a year ago.
Dare I say, though; I was disappointed that the new G4 Flip and Flow Seaponies were a missed opportunity. I wish they had put the same cutiemark glitter in them that the Water Cuties did. I also doubt this line will extend outside of the Mane 6.
Excuse me while my inner 7-year-old whines in the corner...
Woulda been nice if they were full on translucent plastic. I do intend to get 2 for customs.
...that, too, yes. Yes. I get that they want to cut corners and whatnot, but you can't even turn their heads. In fact, I don't know if you can do customs with them easily without shattering them because of the head being fused to the body since that is where the water flows into to disappear. At least the Water Cuties were made with translucent plastic throughout and you could remove their heads so you could attempt repairs without it showing on the outside.

This is driving me nuts. I recently made a purchase through dollyhair[dot]com or whatever it is. I got really grumpy because it took so long. I tried to find a different supplier through Google, and I found a thread from 2006 on the MLPTP about a ..."sister store"? Lack of a better term, anyway.
I'd prefer not to wait forever and a day again for my order, but my cart from Dollyhair loaded on the cart for the other site. They are the exact same, and I am aware that I would be throwing myself to a hungry Kingsley by buying from either.
Does anyone have a better site that has the "genuine" MLP hair? I have been using Doll Planet on eBay, but I am looking for closer color/texture replacement locks for some pretty precious ponies that are close to my heart.

ew... Don't I know soap-opera levels. When my husband passed away, things went down that even Hollywood would be jealous of for not coming up with it first.
I hope your life isn't as nuts and that your ponies bring you comfort. It's been very therapeutic for me to pull out my ponies and comb their hair and make them pretty. I really, really hope that you can find the same calm in making ponies pretty.
