Someone on the arena compiled a list of links to all the episodes (not sure how many of them still work).

My brother is a brony, so I can talk to him about the G4 show ponies, and I've got one friend who has a lot of the old G1 ponies and likes to talk about them, and one more friend who buys them for her daughter... but I feel like I'm the only one interested in the new ponies for their own sake.

Um, I tend not to be too vocal about it... I even get funny looks from my friends who LIKE mlp, because I know all the names, and the generations, and because I have a table full of every single G4 release that's been in my area.  :(

When I finally scored on a full box of blind bags and went to the register with my 10 desired bags in hand, the sweet old lady at the register asked me if they were for easter baskets, and when I said no, I'm a collector, she looked at me like I was some kind of freak... I hastily ammended that I thought it was an excellent idea for easter baskets and that I would get more for that purpose.

Oh, and they ALL think I'm a psycho for ripping off my extra Lily Blossom's head (for customizing).

Pinkie Pie and Twilight.

Pinkie Pie for random leaps of logic and odd bits of knowledge, as well as the general weirdness and sensitivity.  If you took Pinkie's extreme extroversion out and substituted Twilights introversion and love for reading books and solving problems, that would be me.

I always wished I was a bit more hardworking, like AJ, risktaking and daredevil like RD, sweet and compassionate like Fluttershy, or fashion concious like Rarity.  But I'm not. ^_^

Unfortunately, she won't watch FiM :(  I showed it to her, because she loved MLP when she was a kid too, but she is a Jehovah's Witness and she feels that the magic in the show is spiritualistic.

I had suspected before, but this last episode cements it.  Pinkie Pie is 100%, indubitably, my sister-in-law Jennifer.

"HEY EVERYPONY!  Does anypony have TUPEE?!?!  This donkey is REALLY REALLY BAALD!!!!"

My god... They painted Jennifer pink and filmed her walking on all fours.  There is no other explanation!

I know none of you know who I'm talking about, but I am DYING laughing here while I watch the new episode, and I had to share it or explode!   :lmao:

Does anyone else have any resemblences they see between friends and family memebers, and certain ponies?

Pony Corral / Re: Bronies, come answer my questions!

1. How you got into MLP and why you like it.
Had the toys as a child in the 90's, owned the movie and watched it over and over and over. I also love Lauren Faust, so whenever I heard she was doing the new G4 ponies show, I gave it a shot, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I love the variety of ponies and just the general small pony cuteness of them.  They are great toys!

2. Single? Married? Any dads? Any moms?
Married, no kids

3. Do you collect or just watch the show and discuss?
Both

4. Have you developed an interest in the other pony generations?
Don't care for G3.5.  Their heads freak me out.  The rest though, are all equally awesome to me.

5. Any other pertinent facts I should know in order to truly understand what bronies are about!

Bronies are 'bros' who watch 'ponies', specifically the FiM show.  But it's not like the word is in the dictionary.  The meaning is always evolving.

The way I look at it, bronies are the mid-20 year old guys who check out memebase and 4-chan, and the people who can identify with that culture.  That means, you can be a 30 year old woman, or a 50 year old man, or a 15 year old boy, and still be a brony, because you are identifying with the culture that consists mainly of 20ish guys who watch MLP:FiM and make creative transformations (fics, videos, memes) about them.

I don't identify as a brony, mostly because I'm interested in ALL the ponies Hasbro is releasing, and I haven't met a brony yet who gave a hoot about any of them that weren't in the show.

Here in Tennessee you don't have to claim it unless you make $3000 or more in a year.

  They still haven't restocked my Walmart.  I stop by there everytime I go into town, and so far... still just an empty shelf where a blind bag box used to be.

Thank you everybody ^_^  I originally had this as Rainbow 'Crash' wrapped in lights, but since I was doing it for an adoptable I made it an alicorn, so it had to be Luna.

*whines* I miiiiss drawing ponies!      I quit my job to go to school full time :nerdy: , and rather than having more time for fun things like drawing ponies and making adoptables, I find myself completely absorbed in classwork.  Nothing like a boring dead end job to free up time for drawing ponies, I guess.
Here's a picture I made around Christmastime that never made it to the adoptables forum.  Hope you guys get a giggle out of it!
