I would say that Rarity is meant to sound like Katharine Hepburn, which would be the Mid-Atlantic accent. It's the accent you hear in so many movies from the 40s and 50s.

You can hear Hepburn's voice here. She and Cary Grant were a pair of actors with very distinct voices. :lovey:

He is gorgeous, that's for sure! It was actually your sales thread, Ember1, that made me curious about him. If I didn't have to pay for car repairs (I hit a deer) and possibly a rental car, I would hesitate less to snatch him up.
