Trader & Shipping Support / Re: How long do I wait for and what do I do?

:| From what I've seen Kamisha hasn't really been rude, but you just kind of exploded there and took rude to new heights.

She sent it from Poland, right, and the last scan was in NY and then something happened? So all she's saying is she doesn't want to take the fall for it and wants to be refunded before she can refund you, which she could have done up front, true, but I understand both sides here. Waiting for that to lapse would have been within the time limit to open a case, wouldn't it?

The 21 days is just about up now I think. Did you wait to see if she was going to refund you before leaving negative feedback?

I want those medley magnets :inlove: Let me know if you figure out a price and don't have a buyer lined up already.

Good luck on the PCs! Wish I could help. I think I know Ebay prices better than Arena prices!

It's my favorite MLP site! It's so helpful. I love how they list all the merchandise made of a certain pony, and I love that you can even go and look at all the merchandise found/listed of the whole first gen. Quite a bit of information no matter what you're interested in. Thank youuuu to all who made it, it's truly wonderful

Wow! Lots of amazing stuff. My eyes went to the Heart Throb wall decor immediately as I'm big into merchandise lately and haven't seen that yet. Wantttt.  :inlove:

The Ariel doll looks beautiful, too.

So apparently he is feeling smug because he didn't have to issue a refund- and even though ebay found in my favor,  the case will not be counted in his seller performance evaluation.  I guess that's why he has such a high feedback rating even though he does this kind of thing all the time.

Seriously dude- you are happy because you gave one of your customers the worst customer service ever- ultimately earning you a negative feedback-  all over saving $4?  Bravo.  You sure showed me...

Maybe I'm a jerk, but I would actually write to Ebay and complain about him not being punished in any way for being an all around bad seller, only because he's being the smug jerk here. Someone needs a reality check. >_<

In my case my sister didn't want me to do anything either, but just watching it happen again and again, couldn't help it. I should have made her call police (I was lucky enough to break mine the evening prior). Seems like a guy who shouldn't be raising children.

In Disneyworld in March/April I saw a guy near a restroom repeatedly hitting his little boy who was crying all the while. The boy did nothing but cry. He kept crying and kept getting hit for it. I was soooooo steamed and after a little bit ended up yelling out at him MAYBE HE'D STOP CRYING IF YOU STOP HITTING HIM and he glared at me and took off. I didn't really know what to do. It was before the park entrance (forget which park it was) near a restroom so there was no one around except other guests to the park.

I love these girls, some of my absolute favorites! I paid $100 each for mine but I see they're going for less than that lately.

Pony Corral / Re: Does deflocking Lower re sale value?
« on: January 02, 2014, 09:07:09 AM »
Deflocked ponies are really exciting to me personally. As much as I love SS's, you get used to seeing them looking kind of grungy, yellowed, brownish, stained, or even when minty the flocking is just kind of soft and pale and not drawing to the eye. When you take that flocking off... WOW! Just look at that pony. It never gets old to see the colours underneath really pop, to see a sharper, defined outline to their pose, to see tiny details like their eyelashes and the little molded smile that you don't know you missed seeing until they come back. A deflocked pony who doesn't have a NSS counterpart is like discovering a brand new pony to look at, almost like when you stumble upon a Nirvana version you've never seen before and it shocks you into looking at an old pony in a whole new way.

Literally all my feelings 100% on deflocked ponies. SS, meh. Take off the flocking and it's like finding brand new ponies, so vibrant and beautiful. And I will definitely pay for that. :D

From all of this feedback here, I think it's terrible that her feedback on Ebay doesn't reflect this well enough. :(

"And the ponies I send are always sent that way with no problems at all to the items, and definitely not enough rubbing could possibly happen inside that envelope to cause flocking loss or hair damage."

Oh man.  -_-

I hope you get every cent back.

I would pay more for a deflocked, because I actually like deflocked and don't like SS ponies pretty much at all. And since I'm too lazy to do it myself I'd rather just buy it that way. :)

It always seemed to me like nicely done deflocked sell for more than SS on Ebay. Idk?

I'm going to disagree here. If you buy something at the shop, open it and find the wrong thing was put into the box, do you expect the shop to pay for your petrol and parking costs in going back to return it? This is no different. Plus when you buy on eBay you agree to the terms and conditions and this is one of them. In buying on eBay you chose to take this risk. The seller has followed eBay's rules exactly and I can't see that they have done anything wrong. Yes, it's annoying but that's what you get buying on eBay.

Errrr. You should liken it to buying from an online website. Would they refund the shipping cost? Absolutely they would.

Anyway, I'm glad most? sellers don't think this way. :\ Not someone I would ever want to buy from. Own up and fix your mistakes and don't put other people out for them.
