Pony Brag Arena / KG's Multi Brag!
« on: February 10, 2012, 02:38:04 PM »
It's been ages since I've bragged so here's what I've acquired so far this year.

First up are two fabulous art pieces I received in a trade with the wonderful Lizstaley
Ponies & non-ponies
Words cannot express how much I love them both

Next is Dolly Mix Cherries Jubilee:

She completes the set for me

Here's the first of two late Christmas presents, this one is from my brother:

One of the few G4 sets I want; I just love Fluttershy and her little animal friends.

Last Saturday (after many months of planning and rearranging due to real life issues) I met up with PaintKitty who handed me this cool bag:

Inside it was my late Christmas present from her:

She so spoiled me :lovey:  I've wanted Blueberry Baskets for ages now and finally have her, Shoreline is a set completer, and the twins and their accessories are a so adorable. (there was also some dark chocolate but that didn't last long enough for the photo, lol)

Whilst on our day out we stopped by ASDA and picked up some Blind Bags:

Green ponies and boys! :frolic:

And this girl arrived earlier today:

Cascade's another pony I've wanted for ages.

I wonder what the rest of the year will bring?

So sorry to hear that you lost out Dusky

I once sold the purple princess dragon for under £5 at a time when they were selling for over £20. Stupid eBay >.<

Pony Corral / Re: What happened to the Fun at the Fair set?
« on: January 20, 2012, 06:31:47 AM »
If anybody wants help with getting these I'd be glad to help out. The fun at the fair and camping sets seem to be the only ones my TESCO stocks and they're currently reduced to £9.76(or something like that) I'm sick of seeing them and wish they'd get in something new.

Most of my toys I had when I was little were ponies.

These are all of the ponies that I have owned from new:

plus newborn twin Sniffles (who for some reason, I've just noticed, didn't make this pic)

These are the ones I picked up from car boot sales and charity shops or handed down to me as a child:

And these are ones I had as a child but had to re-place for one reason or another:

I also had some petites and a weird Starshine plush too but haven't gotten around to photographing yet. I thought that they had been given away but my mum found them when clearing through her loft :)

The Dollhouse / Re: PC on Digimon Sindy please
« on: January 20, 2012, 06:01:19 AM »

So no-one knows how much there are worth :(

Soull - I purchased both of them new from the shops here in the UK back in 2000/2001.

PinkRosedust - Sindy isn't a 'knock off' she's the UK's rival to Barbie brand.

I intend to sell these in a few months time so if anyone is interested in buying them then feel free to make me an offer.

Apologies if it's not okay to ask here, but can anybody give me a possible price check on these two MIB Sindy dolls?

Toy Box & Games Cupboard / G1 UK Mail Order Pet Show for auction - ENDED
« on: January 19, 2012, 06:26:00 AM »
Over the upcoming months I will be getting rid of my childhood Littlest Pet Shop collection. I plan to offer my items on the MLP Area and Kenner forums before listing on eBay in the hope that some, if not all, of it will be able to find new homes amongst collectors who will appreciate it more than I am likely to. First up is an auction for the extremely rare and hard to find UK Mail Order Pet Show Party Kit.

Ending bid: £80 GBP

The set includes: Welcome and instructions letter, Invitations sheet, Rosette sticker sheet, 4 participant badges, Judging area mat and podium.

This is my own childhood item and has been played with so there is some wear to the mat and podium, but the rest is still in unused condition. I am honestly listing the condition of each item, which sounds worse than it actually is in most cases, so that you may bid in confidence knowing all of the flaws beforehand. If any further photos are required then please do not hesitate to ask as I will be happy to provide them for you.

As you can see, the podium has seen better days and is the most affected item in the set. Unfortunately it has been crushed and torn during previous storage, and I've done my best to salvage and store it since.

The mat is starting to curl at the corners with the bottom right the most severe. There is also a huge crease to the top right corner and a tiny one to the top left corner too.

The participant badges are unused but the one on the bottom right has started to come away from the backing as the sticker adhesive has dried over the years.

Apart from some minor handling wear and paper ageing there are no flaws to the rest of the set.

Important please read
* The auction will be displayed in £GBP and run until the end of February. Please PM all bids to me; doesn't matter about the currency as I'll convert to the nearest £GBP if needed.
* Payment is to be made via paypal only. There will be no hidden fees, but buyer is expected to pay for item, shipping, and insurance if required. I will post to anywhere in the world and use whatever postage method the buyer requests which is to be stated in the paypal comments when making payment.
*For anyone wanting to check, I have excellent feedback on both the MLP Arena and eBay

Happy Bidding  :)

I received Dolly Mix Cherries Jubilee in the mail this morning. She was the last Dolly Mix pony I needed to complete the set.

Eviecorn - I love the conga pony pic. They look like they're having fun, lol.

Aww, you were all such cute kids! :lovey:

I know that there are some of me with my ponies at Christmas time and whilst on holiday but they're at my mum's house. I'll have a look for them next time I visit.

Off Topic / Re: Curious: how did you choose your user name?
« on: January 19, 2012, 05:40:48 AM »
Mine is the name I used to go by when playing in YuGiOh! trading card tournaments and groups. 'Kaiba' because he is my favourite YuGiOh character, 'Girl' because I am one (though older now) and the '007' is a James Bond reference my brother chose to add to it on one of my entry forms (I was mad at him at first but learnt to love it)
