I had them packaged very well, the back card in a ziploc bag, the figures wrapped carefully in tissue paper and also in the ziploc bag. and all that in a bubble mailer. She says that the faces of all 3 are gone, which makes me sad as these were so cute.  I offered a refund for the auction price is she pays to ship them back. I sent all of the charmkins the same way, this makes me worried for the other packages I sent.   
edit to add: I have an extra charmkin that I am not selling(pony pixie). I held it in my hands and i rubbed it as hard as I could and nothing happened. So ??? don't know what happened.

I'm a pony flipper. If I see a good deal I will snap it up. Clean them up and sell what I don't want for my collection. Been doing this since 1997. I get a lot of enjoyment in cleaning ponies and even though I do it for more money, it goes to bills and expenses so i feel justified. 

We're obscure? When did that happen?  Honestly, this is bad on so many levels. For the community you know they will use this one collector to portray us all as straight up freaks. It's also bad for the individual who agrees because regardless of the compensation being offered you will be known forever after as a pony obsessed wierdo and it could affect jobs, getting a house, bank loans you name it.   
tl;dr don't do it, it's not worth it.

It shows as 0 but at the old site I had over 30. Will there just be a delay in transferring them over? How can I get this rectified?
