http://blog.pigtailpals.com/2012/10/meeting-with-mattel-about-monster-high/#commentsA mother shares an overview of a meeting she attended last month at Mattel Headquarters to talk about Monster High. Among the attendees she spoke with include the vice president of the Monster Hight brand, a lady who is both a lead designer for Mattel and one of Monster High's creators, and Mattel's child psychologist. The mother who typed the overview seems hopeful dolls will start coming out of Mattel wearing outfits that covers all skin except for immediately around the eyes. I don't know how many times I've felt like rolling my own eyes reading it. The lady needs to chillax.

I'd have a costume if my town bothered to have a local adult Halloween costume party. Throwing my own costume party is out because friends I'd want to invite are all my mother's age and busy looking after families. If just my family (mom, adult sister, and adult brother) and I held one for ourselves I'd be the only person in costume which defeats the point of holding a costume party. I hate my love of costumes at Halloweentime when I want to celebrate the holiday by having fun at a costume party and the local costume parties here are for kids and parents attending with them and I wouldn't be welcome at those (not to mention it'd be awkward if I did go and I'd cut my stay short because I couldn't stand the awkwardness any longer. "Do you have a kid here?" "Um, no. I'm here for myself." )

I was visiting a Barnes & Noble I'd never visited before last month to find Funko Pop! Disney figurines and discovered they have the Unicorno figurines I'd read about and I wasn't going to leave without buying at least one Unicorno blind box. Actually I ended up buying two of the blind boxes and they contained Metallo and Dolce. I want a complete set of these little critters.

How funny I was talking about string-type voo doo dolls earlier today and while browsing the toy section at Wal-mart this afternoon I came across a new series of string-type voo doo dolls called Zumbies that I hadn't heard of before. There were only two left and I bought them. Yay for finding a store I regularly visit outside of town is out of the blue carrying string-type voo doo dolls!

Aww, I couldn't buy those cool string-type voo doo dolls that have little tags that say they have power for such-and-such to help their owner on Ebay if the couple of shops in my town that carry them eventually stopped carrying them and I didn't know what other towns had shops carrying those dolls.

This is a cool game! Anyone unlocked the lame horse mode? I don't know how I unlocked it. Lame horse mode disables the keys for controling both of Clop's hindlegs but I was able to make him drag himself to the top of the hill (Finally! Failed to reach the top of the hill with four functioning legs several dozen times!). I made Clop drag himself down the other side of the hill and fall off a short ledge then he reached another hill that was a little more steep than the first and unfortunately he fell on that one.

I can't listen to their voices without thinking of the minions' voices in Despicable Me. ![LOL ](https://mlparena.com/Smileys/default/laugh1.gif) I wish they had the cute fabric pointed ears the old Furbies have.

Too bad Amazon won't work for you because of steep prices. I like buying things off Amazon but some things I want that are going for too much there I keep an eye out for on Ebay for cheaper.

I did shopping out of town and my best buy of the day was a Pop Batman figurine by Funko which I bought at a Barnes & Noble. I bought it because I'm a Batman fan and it had the suit Batman had in Batman: The Animated Series (and I adore that Batman TV series over any other) with the same bat design against a yellow oval on the chest. The other Pop Batmans it was shelved with had a different bat design and no yellow oval backing the bat. I thought I had one of two versions and both versions were packaged in the same kind of box without special labeling for the alternate version. I looked up my yellow symbol Pop Batman on Google after I came home and found out I have a factory error Pop Batman and Funko corrected the error at the factory so the Pop Batmans would have the other bat design with no yellow oval. I bought a lot cooler Batman figurine than I thought!

My Wind Dancers! They're lovely miniature butterfly winged horses. I have mine hung from my bedroom ceiling (need to take them down to dust them off and tame their messy hair from the breezes coming in my opened windows plus the breezes knocked a couple of them upside-down) I think the only ones I'm missing are two mother and baby sets - one apple scented and the other pineapple scented.

I guess it's sweet for those who are into that sort of thing. At least she doesn't feel humiliated by all the attention. The lady wouldn't be embarrassed. She and her fiance are singers/dancers/actors and she's also a choreographer. Someone described who the couple are in the comments on the video's page.
