Not many options for us either, so we use Black Hawk and a raw meat food called 'BARF' (stands for something like biologically appropriate raw food). I've been told so many times that Black Hawk is simply one of the best dry biscuits you can buy, and since we switched over my old boy has been shiny, active and hasnt had any allergy issues.

I hope it's a good thing. I absolutely did not like the new line of Monster High dolls that Mattel released in response to them apparently looking 'too goth' or not sweet enough, which I found silly considering theyre literally monster dolls meant to engage that niche, so I'm already sceptical as a consumer of Mattel's choices. I don't buy G4 anyway but I'd like to watch this space all the same, since I am technically a previous mlp consumer.   

Wow Mana_Mihara, your brush strokes are so neat and even. The sugar skulls are beautiful! Have you see The Book of Life? La Muerte's character in that is what I am reminded of on the second G4, and your teal G1 is so eye catching! 

Amazing find! I love Clover! I was obsessed with MLP Tales when I was younger. I even managed to find the G1 Tales Patch at an antique market!!

Returning to the MLP world has been insightful and strange, but I think I'm ready for it! I'm an old G1 collector, but fell out of love somewhere between high school and university. Ponysonas! Very curious and to be honest, super keen. I love the idea, and I think throughout the years I've probably explored having one without really realising. I remember making up lots of characters when I was younger to interject myself into my made up stories in the mlp world, which sounds a lot sadder typing that then it was when I was a kid.  Also these mlp emojis are so sweeeeet! I may overuse these, so apologies in advance. I guess my point is, where do I start in finding my ponysona? Did you all go through a long process, where yours changed or shifted? Or did you pretty much know straight away?  Are there any pony maker type sites or programs to make it a bit easier? I have a vague idea, but only really with colour. I love light pinks and blues, and on the other spectrum, bright reds, orange and purples. So I hope I can find some harmony in my ideas, and find a sweet result!
Hopefully this is in the right forum, because I am hopeless with determining topic context.

Longtime My Little Pony collector (G1s) but fell out of love as I was getting older. Fast-forward to now, and I've come back to all my old hobbies to get over some recent anxiety - mlp included. I fell in love with the Monster High dolls and it ended up reminding me of how much I enjoyed being a mlp collector and enthusiast. There's even a bit of Neopets spark left in me, I'm sure.

Would love to know how the mlp community has expanded and grown. Excited to rejoin my old community and see how the newer mlp world has changed and shaped our collections and general perceptions. Other than that, I enjoy reading and my work. I also enjoy chatting. Thanks for accepting me!
