Thank you both! I agree that the feathers do look like leaves, I remember thinking do as I made the last few! oh dear.
Dainty, those links are very helpful, thank you, and I must agree with you, dragon flitter, I was attempting to make them look wind swept towards the front, but of course wings don't work like that!
I think I'll take a moment to re-draw my design and do something far simpler.

I'm really not the best at drawing wings, and sculpting them, it seems, i'm even more worse at. But, I powered through, although I may have picked a strange pose for the wings, which may have made it harder for me! Okay, without further interruptions, here are the photos visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginI spent two hours on it last night, but I am willing to scrap it and start again, as I've only done one wing. Please can I have advice and critique? I would like to create to the best of my ability, as I hope to sell this custom when I'm done. Thank you for your help!

Oh my goodness girls, you're all so damn talented! I don't think I can keep up  And even the great Poniesyeah has graced my thread!  Can I also ask, do people find it easier to make individual threads of hair, or to slap a part on and sculpt while it's on the body? (Obviously this'll change drastically on the hair style!)

I'm looking for ideas for my next custom and I'm coming up with nothing! I know that I want to sculpt the mane and tail because I have zero re-hairing skills, or the patience to do so. (Cross post from another thread) Thankfully, this has been discredited by a couple of the main script writers.Meghan Mcathy, a writer for the Friendship is Magic series posted on twitter ' Spoiler Alert: I'm the only Meghan in Season 4.And M.A Larson, another writer, posted up amusing Tweets in which he said he had no clue what Equestria girls is. (Read from the bottom up!) Also, Jayson Thiessen, the supervising director of Friendship is Magic has said there will be no humans. But, this could also mean they will have an entirely new team working on Equestria Girls, but right now I think we'll be safe!

I feel like Bronies are more interested in the Blind Bags than the non-show-accurate brushables. But I agree may be they have helped with Princess Celestia, even if I think that the fact that there is now princess Cadance, a pink one, is what truly allows Celestia to be white.
It seems like soon we will be seeing MLP dolls in human bodies.

And let us not forget the throw backs to G1 collectors, Twilights mum, Cherries Jubilee and others. Also! I personally believe we would never have got the My Little pony comic series without the influx of Bronies. It pretty much caters exactly to us, and also, Firefly was in the first one! I totally cried out in happiness! Hehe.
