I think they both look really nice.  The color scheme works really well.  I do think that maybe the blaze on the pony might be a bit too much though, just like it would have a different effect than it does on the cat because of the sprinkle like freckles.

I'm totally interested, but my art budget is gone for the month.  I'll share on tumblr if that helps.

The proof will be here tomorrow.  I've also been testing my paper that I use for traditional art and am doing a versus sort of thing.  I kind of like my paper better which will make the books ultra thick since they'll be one sided pages kind of like an art pad, but I think it would work better for the sake of having paper thick enough to stand up to markers without bleeding.  They'll do that anyway, but then you'll also have the option of hanging your pages up after you're finished if you like.  Pics will be up for them on Sunday.

Thank you.  I think next time though, I plan on making this a series, that I'll finish the books and open preorders when the proof is done.  I feel like I'm holding stuff ransom and hate to keep people waiting.

I picked Sundance because I feel like she's who a lot of people picture when they hear My Little Pony.

I'm adding the front and back covers to the interior of the book to go from 16-18 colorable illustrations.
The back cover will stay a surprise.  I'm so excited to be finishing this right now.

Ugh yes, winter can be horrible. Over here we hit a new record in cloudy/sunless days this season, and that has not been helping. Now the weather can't decide between being winter or Spring. I am throwing in an extension, so feel free to take your time.

Yes, I do.  The preorders have closed, but they're still available for the regular price.

The proofs will be checked in February and then after that I'll have everything ready to ship, so there's still plenty of time if you want to order extras and for those who missed preorders.
