These customs are all very well done.  I have one Nirvana I am going to have to have done as a custom and that is the Argentina Sparkle Flutterbye Unicorn. I have the other three already and they are original. But it seems this last one seems to be very expensive so I at some point will be commissioning someone to do one for me.  Chances are it'll be gotbunny as she has already done three custom ponies for me.

It has been a while since I got Zephra but if you're charging a total of $40 for all of them I would say that's a pretty good deal. Minis as a pair usually go for 15-30 and Zephra can go for about 25 and up.

Meh between Mattel and Hasbro it seems like I'm not buying much of their product anymore. And that just means I'll be able to go back and focus on my G1 and G2 collecting.

When I first began researching ponies online Munchy was just awesome to me. I have her and found her at a thrift store. I also find her being the POTD on 4/20 hilarious. It's things like this that reminds me I need to visit here more often!

I think the half condom wins. The weirdest thing I have found in a pony is mud and that's because I put it in there when I was a kid. My poor childhood Twinkler... She's been cleaned up since then.

Could it have been Dazzle my magical talking pony? I have one and she is the size of a Barbie horse and was made by Hasbro.

That rings a bell... that may be it.

Wait.... *searches eBay* OMG! THAT'S HER!! THANK YOU!!!

Pony Corral / G1 US Books Question
« on: April 13, 2016, 12:50:08 PM »
What all was released and by books I don't mean books like the collector's inventory books. I'm specifically referring to kids books such as The Magic Rainbow, Baby Firefly's Adventure or, Spike and the Magic Shoes.  I tried looking through google but most of the things I was finding were for either the Inventory books or the new FIM books. Could anyone give me an assist so I can update my book log?

Off Topic / Re: Tips from other dog owners?

Thank you all for the advice on the licking. He's about 18 months from what the pound told us. After he got the toy he's managed to mellow out a little with the licking. He still does it but he can be distracted with his toy.  So licking aside  we kinda got a feeding schedule for him.  In the morning we give him a small can of Cesar's dog food and then we keep his bowl filled with dry dog food for him to munch during the day. He only gets a scoop of the dry dog food and the wet dog food. Is that enough for him?

Off Topic / Tips from other dog owners?

So last week my partner and I decided to make a random trip to the local pound. And during this random trip we adopted a dog. A very sweet loving Chihuahua mix that they named Paco, which we named Champ was there waiting for us. So far so good. He's learned where he is supposed to go potty(outside or on the peepee pad during the evening). He thankfully ignores my ponies and most of the rest of our things. We just bought him a rope toy which he loves.  Anyways this is my first dog and I'm just wanting some advice from fellow dog owners. So any advice or tips to give would be greatly appreciated.  One thing I would like him to do is lick less. I come home from work and he's right there waiting at the door and when he jumps in my lap he goes non stop licking for minutes and while I don't mind affection, it's just too much. So is anyone can provide advice on that or just on dealing with dogs in general I would greatly appreciate it.

Nope. It wasn't a Barbie horse but it was made around the same time as the Flying Hero horse.

I know she wasn't articulated. And she's past the age of FSF. Just trying to find her or any info on her has been difficult. Not sure she was Mattel but it's been so long since I have seen her I am totally in the dark...

Ok I have been picking my brain for quite some time about this one and I am just totally lost. As a kid  (in the 90s) I had this toy horse. It was about the size of a Barbie horse so bigger than a MLP and bigger than a GC. It was white with pink hair and tinsel. It had glittery swirls on the flanks and the forehead and there was a jewel in her forehead. She had a carrot which you would stick in her mouth and feed her among other things like a saddle. She talked and responded to things you did. I do not recall the company that made her.   Can anyone help me I am at a bit of a wits end.

Toy Box & Games Cupboard / Re: Price Check: Fantasy Fillies Alexis

Fantasy Fillies can be a bit tricky to price. I know I bought mine which was in decent shape with her horn for about $40 but the market for these is just all over the place. I would say you should get no less than $25 for her.

Pony Corral / Re: My husband has no idea how much I have spent on ponies

I have been on a bit of a pony hiatus. Most of the ponies I have bought recently are G4s and even then only when it's a unique character. My partner is very uneducated about them. I've tried to teach him but he doesn't seem all that interested but he does know a fakie when he sees it. Of course at his age he is a little closer to death than I am so he has told me about his Star Trek collection. My family does know a little but they don't seem to care. And that may seem mean about my partner and family but that's just the way it is.
