I've finished my Hujoo Sara's face-up. I wanted for her to fit in with my Frightfully Tall Ghouls and other 17" fashion dolls, so I went for a very different style than what I did on my Mystic Kids Lillian. Oooh! Nice haul on both accounts, SaelaVe!  Your Freyr somehow looks so tiny next to your MHs. I knew those ones were tall, but wow!
Thank you.  I know, right?! They're huge! He works really well as a five- or six-year-old for them. My dream is that they'll one day release a 17" Catrine and then my Freyr will have a mama. *LOL @ doll censoring* Is she really THAT accurate?
LOL Well, nippies and jay-jays are not allowed on the MH Arena, and I wasn't sure if the same rule applied here, so I decided to post the censored version just in case. But no, she's no more accurate than other BJDs.

Thanks She's a Luts 2012 winter event with a nomyens face up. I actually got her on an impulse (she was a gift from my husband but I picked her) because I wanted a doll for Xmas and I'm so pleased I did, I love her more than I thought I would!
Well she is stunning! Congrats!

One of my dolls ended up getting an unexpected Christmas present: a pair of stockings that I thought would be delivered next week, but arrived yesterday morning instead. *Edit: And my new Hujoo Freyr also ended up getting an unexpected Christmas gift. My husband got a multipack of Captain America: Civil War Funko Pops that came with two keychain Pops. He didn't want the keychains, only the bigger figures, so he gave them to me for my dolls. So now my Freyr has his own little Captain America and Iron Man.

My current favorite doll is my 17" Barbie, but I don't have pics of her yet. I'm still working on clothing for her, so she isn't exactly camera-ready at the moment. lol But my second favorite doll I do have a photo of. Do you have any plans in mind for Freyr? I'm already over here already trying to come up with names, the faceup I want to give her...hair/fur color for my Freya.
I've mostly been looking at photos of cats to get ideas for a coat pattern for him. lol I got the light grey Freyr and I think that I'm going to get yellow-gold eyes for him. I haven't yet decided if I want him to wear a wig or not. I think I'll try a few on him when I open him and see how he looks with hair. He doesn't have a name yet, but I'm probably going to make him the adopted son of one of my 17" MH dolls.  I always thought that he'd make a great werecat boy for the Frightfully Tall Ghouls, but I don't have a werecat mama for him. lol I hope you'll post pics of your Freya after you open her. I'd love to see her and see what you do with her!

I have an adorable Hujoo Freyr sitting beneath my Christmas tree that I can't open for 26 more days.
I'm so excited! ...And impatient. lol
I hope that wait is coming along well! I'll be having Freya under the tree this year. She's going to be my first strung BJD, so I'm super excited too. I actually was going to go with Freyr as well, but they didn't have him in white lol. I hope you enjoy him! He's so adorable.
Oh how cool that you're getting a Hujoo kitty for Christmas, too! I'm getting so pumped to open mine. Every time I walk by the tree I stop and glance at his box. heehee Just one more week!  Help me though, you guys! I went from having ONE doll planned for this year to getting 3 within 3 months.  It's like a snowball effect.
It really truly is. I bought my first doll last October and swore that she would be the only one for a while. Now I have four including Freyr. (Okay, Noxx, you and I must be BJD twins. Both getting Hujoos for Christmas and both with four dollies to date.  )

I played with my boy dolls today. Dimitri, the oldest doll character I have, decided to change his wig and his hair color and style all the same time. His twin Camille, my Volks Yugiri, also got a new wig because of this. I'm so glad I had many extra wigs so that I didn't need to buy and wait for new wig for either of them.
Here's Dimitri in his new wig. Dimi is a Volks Sakaki and the wig is in the color "BlackBerry" from Leeke.
Oh my goodness, he has such a striking faceup. He is gorgeous.

When my Lupy arrived my mum asked if I wanted it for Christmas and I almost threw a temper. There was no way I could have been that patient!
lol I am fighting the urge to rip open the Freyr and ask my husband to get me a Hujoo Sara to replace it as my Christmas doll. my latest girl:
