A little while ago I was watching Bluey with my Fiancé (the show is adorable and has become one of my comfort shows  ) In S2 EP37 "The Quiet Game" Bluey and Bingo's Dad has to buy a toy for their cousin Muffin. Turns out Muffin is a huge fan of a toyline called "Moonlight Unicorns" visitors can't see pics , please register or loginSeeing one of my favorite shows mention MLP is just a dream come true! She cleaned up nicely. She's a pony I used to have but I passed her on to Hannah. I still have my Braided Beauty from childhood and should really clean her up. I can only hope she'd turn out as nicely as your Bouquet. What method did you use for curling her hair?
For big curls I usually use boba straws and bobby pins!  I always style damp and let them airdry overnight!

Wow, yes she is! Her mane still has a fair bit of pink in it too. Nice job!
Is she one of the ponies that usually has the fading pink?  If so, good to know!! Wow! She's really beautiful now!

Back when I got my first haul of G1s (sometime in 2019 I believe) one of the ponies was Brush n Grow Bouquet! She was badly sticky (pretty sure plastizer leak) and I was pretty nervous about taking care of her. So she stayed in a bag, boxed up with my G4s Well recently I went through my closet to try and organize/catalogue my things, it was a giant mess!! But I found her in the same bag I left her in. I felt so guilty about neglecting her  I decided it was time to clean her up! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginI'm so glad I did!!! She's such a gorgeous pony and needs to be displayed as such!

I realized I haven't posted here in a while I've been a little busy haha Spoiler Job hunting stuff plus I recently got engaged!!! But I've gotten a lot of pony stuff in the past little while and I'm excited to share so get ready for a big post!!! First off I got a giant lot off of Facebook Marketplace, locally too!! The whole lot was 50$ Pictures of Lot below  Spoiler I got a ton of playsets, unfortunately the castle is broken (it wont close and the stick thing doesn't seem to be attached to anything?) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginA bunch of G3s (and one G1!), many of which I've been wanting for a while (Especially Desert Rose and Rainbow Swirl) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginPonyville figures!! I wasn't really into these until I got my hands on some, their colors are so nice and their sculpts are pretty cute too visitors can't see pics , please register or loginG4s! I'm honestly a little tired of G4s, I have quite a few and guilty confession most of them just stay in a box  I love the random background characters but, once you get your 6th Pinkie Pie in the exact same pose you get kinda bored of them (and I love Pinkie Pie!!!) I'm also not much of a fan of the movie reboot figures visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI do however love this Celestria, she may not be show accurate but she's just so pretty!!! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginPonyville train!!! It doesn't work either, I'm assuming it just needs new batteries. Medley! I'm not a huge fan of green so I didn't think I'd like her but when I finally got her I realized her shades of green are very pleasing!

Omg thanks for taking one apart so we can see how they work! I was very curious if the ball joint would be easy to get off with how hard the plastic is. It's good to know that tail replacement is still possible!

Thanks for the detailed photo review! I really like how Zipp looks in this set.
Can you tell us about the type of plastic used? Maybe like...in comparison to the other generations? In photos they look like they are made of a harder plastic then other ponies but it might just be something about their finish. How flexible are the wings, will they bend under pressure or snap off?
The plastic is a little hard but it has some give, it doesn't feel brittle at all and you can bend the wings quite a bit! I seriously doubt they'd snap off very easily. The body is very thick and heavy and I can't tell if its hollow inside or not These are great thanks for the photos. I might have to pick up the set, can we possibly get some photos from the side views to see the muzzles? Just wish the boys had real manes.
Oh my goodness thank you SO much for sharing this! It's so exciting to see brand new releases up close. This is probably my favorite G5 toy release so far.
I know it's a lot to ask after you shared so many pics but  I would like to see side views too, should you get around to it. Are you going to style Izzy's hair or leave it as is?

I took it off and it looks nicer visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI have a weirdly specific question  So I have the single release Izzy styling size and I noted her body is a fairly hard plastic but the head is softer and offers some give for the sake of rooting. Do the molded mane ponies in this set still offer some give in their heads? I wanna know if there's any chance of them being able to have their plastic molded hair popped out and replaced with rooting. I don't plan to do so now but maybe later on..
I gave Hitch and Sprouts head a squish and it feels fairly similar in plastic! I think it would definitely be possible to take off his molded hair, what lies beneath though we'll have to see  I hope someone posts pics if they take him apart! Ahh thank you so much for the review! I love Zipp and Pipp so much lol.
Do you happen to have a photo of the barcode, so that I can use it to check the stock at my local Target stores?

I managed to get my hands on the Shining Adventures Collection G5 set today and since I haven't seen anyone else get it yet (if you have let me know I'm curious haha) I wanted to post a huge thread of pics so everyone can see! Her hair is gelled together so brushing would be impossible unless you wash it out (which I won't be doing personally!)
