Hi everyone!

I'm sparklesculpin, and don't ask about the name, because I came up with it on the fly and it doesn't mean anything except perhaps an amusing image in my brain. 

I was a G1 fan as a kid, and I'm a big G4 fan now.  In the intermittent years, I would go by the toy aisle and look at the ponies and think about buying them, but I would always talk myself out of it, until G4.  Recently I've been watching pony blogs and...getting a little too much into it.  There are some ponies that caught my eye and a few I regret not buying (Blossomforth?? How many times did I talk myself out of buying that pony??) so that led to looking at auctions and then to here and...probably down a road I shouldn't be going! 

I have a few G4 toys, and my G1's are still at my childhood home (I'll be organizing a rescue trip sometime in the future for those and my LPS, although who knows what condition they'll be in).  I have small collections of other things-ceramic animals from childhood, accurate dinosaurs, hedgehog stuff, and, uh, some bones/vulture culture type things. 

So I guess I'm just a casual!  Here to browse and see what things are like and maybe buy a thing?  Nice to meet everyone!
