My solution to this question when pony (or Breyer) hunting, is that if it is a piece I don't really care for & there are no extenuating/odd circumstances, I leave it for someone else to find. I love the feeling of when I find something really special, something that truly excites my collector's heart, in the wild for a reasonable price & would rather pass that chance on to someone else than buy something that won't make me happy in the long run. Probably not a popular solution but I believe in collecting for my own enjoyment, not as an investment.

(The only one I can't stand is Cadance, her balloon head is just poorly designed) Oh good, I'm not the only one. I swear, the very first time I saw Cadance I thought, "Okay, but what in the world would her skull look like?!" As for the new brushables, I don't collect 'em but hey! Celestia has hocks this time!

Do any of them have a hole on the bottom of their feet? If so you could see if you can make a stand for them
That's a good idea. All blind bags have a hole in one hoof! I was going to suggest sticky-tack/museum putty/quake hold (or whatever it's called in your neck of the woods, lol!). Luna & the Bros will stand if they're on a very even surface but I think Mayor Mare's a lost cause!

My first pony! I got her in the Parlor & still have the whole shebang, albeit showing a good deal of love. Much more recently I got an Italian Peachy too; I could see starting up an army to be very easy (for me) as she's got so many subtle variations & she's really kinda unique, color-wise. She's peachy!

Wow, that's pretty good for a critter we haven't even found a complete skeleton for yet!

I only have the blind bag version, but I like that even better because her m/t are much darker. Such a good color combo!

My Target, Walmart, & Meijer all have the GoH figures (but none of the toys yet, poo!). TRU may have had them too but I can't recall. All of these stores also have stocked the NN minis listed but I too am waiting for the rest of the collection to appear.
Oh, & I third needing a source for wave 16!

Maybe some day if I cross the border, I can taste a Kinder egg chocolate. What does the taste resemble? I've got a bad craving now to go get a candy bar!
It's nothing to write home about, really. There's a layer of that white chocolate confection inside the milk chocolate that doesn't help, IMO. Often when we go over to Canada (I live right across the river) we stop at a local grocery store & I'll pick up a Kinder egg just for toots n' hoots. I just eat the chocolate before we come back across the bridge. The last time we were over there they had Star Wars eggs & I got a tiny Millenium Falcon w/ Han Solo's giant HEAD on it. Best, strangest Kinder goodie ever!

How much does she go for at Walmart?
NMM & Celestia were both $19.88 here in MI. Post Merge: July 31, 2016, 12:00:51 PM(So how big are they, really?)
Technically both figures vary as their wings are semi-pose able. Here are some measurements eyeballed on a ruler: Celestia can be 6.5-8" tall & 7.5-10" long. She's quite narrow though, a little under 3". NMM is 7 7/8" tall & 2.75"-8 5/8" wide (her wings can flare straight out) She is about 7.25" front to back. Oops, Sorry about the mixture of decimals & fractions!

I bought Celestia & NMM at the local Walmart today, they had a full shelf of them! No Discord though. If I didn't have to scoot off to work in a few minutes I'd try to put up pictures!

I got the G4 blind bag counterpart just yesterday! Now I know where the color scheme comes from!

Breyer started a line of crystal horses & they're extremely popular!
