Oh no!! :( I'm sorry! I hope your computer is all right. *hugs* I've been getting a lot of these emails at our office, but since I am the office manager and I keep track of all things ordered through the office, I knew the emails were fake.

Thank you for spreading the word.
Nah it's alright. I've got my common sense to thank ;) haha

I went to the Southland Mall in Houma with my mom and I decided to go get a pretzle at Auntie Anne's. I was taking out my wallet to pay and she was like "Oh my god is that a :muffin: wallet?" and I said "Yeah." then she said "You're my favorite person ever." We talked for a couple of seconds and she was getting into Transformers as well.

Shoutout to you if you're reading this!^^

I'm gonna say that Scootaloo's wings aren't that big, but that's Hasbro's way of always reusing molds:P

As ponylady said, I would turn off your spam filter. Comcast's one has been acting up a couple of times, blocking all emails in the end, so I just did away with the filter and managed it myself.

After that, try again. If not, I would try and talk to a real person.

Don't know if it's old or anything, but I'm sure this is the second or third time I've gotten something like this.

So basically, the email states that I have a parcel waiting that arrived at this date and they want me to download the RAR file in the email. Now I tend to order stuff overseas sometimes and forget, because they usually take very long.

So I download the RAR, but was still suspicious. I scanned it with Avast! Internet Security. Nothing suspicious. So I unrar the file, and scanned it. Nothing found.

So I looked at it. It looked like a Wordpad file, so I figured "Well Avast didn't detect anything..."

Now I opened it. Windows treated it as an application  . So I looked at the file again and it was an .exe file!

So everyone, if you don't have any email filter on, or if it isn't blocked, add *@blog.autowelt-paderborn.de
to your blocklist, or any contact titled "Mail International"!

I know Avast didn't detect anything suspicious, but being an application file is definitely suspicious enough!

Has your father checked his actual Paypal account? I have received emails that were supposedly from Paypal that were actually phishing schemes asking me to follow a link to resolve the issue. Be Careful!
This. This happened to me with UPS though. Was sending something via UPS and I got that email  How convenient for those phishers...

I would just wait. Just remember, new sellers try their best. I'm sure within 1-3 days from a good seller, you'll receive a response. I know the feeling, but remember, you're covered on ebay and paypal:)

They said they haven't anymore in stock. It's just 16 dollars...
Edit: They refunded me 6.68. So basically I didn't have to pay the restock fee in the end. I'm okay with that:)

I just got the email in today. I specifically stated I wanted another box. Guess what?

They sent me a partial refund. They stole 16 bucks out of my entire purchase

That's it. I can't deal with them anymore.

I advise no one, I mean NO ONE, to deal with Toywiz. You're gonna go through the same thing like me if they do something wrong.

BAHahahahahahah!!!! "AND KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE!!"
Go Joe!

If you paid with a credit card, at this point I would call Visa/MasterCard/AmericanExpress/whomever and let them know what's going on.  If a seller doesn't honor the sale of a product as advertised (which would include the MINT in box with pristine packaging), the card company can force the refund.  To have sold you a different product than advertised is fraud.
I have paid with paypal as debit option:(

I'd also suggest contacting the Better Business Bureau!  I noticed they had about 5 complaints filed with them already against Toywiz.com.  It doesn't seem like they care by the responses recorded with the BBB between the complaintants and the company, but it's worth a shot.  I can't stand companies that take advantage of consumers.
I should. After this is over, I will.
