Mane wrapped around the neck, tail tucked between hind legs. I store them each in their own sandwich bag (unsealed), so they don't potentially stain each other. They've been stored like this for almost a decade, and so far it's worked great.

My name is a perfectly fine girl's name, but TBH I wish I'd been given one that was more gender-neutral.

I have it. For me, it manifests as words/numbers/letters having colors. I also perceive sound as color to a lesser degree. I thought everyone perceived things that way for most of my life, until I mentioned it in passing and got puzzled looks from everyone. I didn't know it had a name until a couple of years ago.

My first pony ever, from when I was a child, was SS Scrumptious (who I still have ). The first pony I purchased as a collector was Sunlight, from the G1 Rainbow Pony set.

Want her! She's the only G2 that I would really like to own.

I'm dipping my toes back into collecting after a long hiatus, but this year I really want to get the rest of the Pony Friends that have been on my wish list forever:
Cutesaurus Cha Cha the llama Oakly Creamsicle

Simple: they're cute, colorful, and bring back tons of childhood memories. Like a lot of older collectors, my love of MLP has more to do with the toys than with any of the cartoons (although I like them, too).

Yay, one of my childhood ponies! I remember picking her out at the toy store. Love her.

For me it was back in late 2003. I was 20, and the childhood nostalgia bug hit me hard. I was heavily collecting Breyers at the time, and I remember someone on a model horse bulletin board was bad-mouthing MLP collectors for some reason. The realization that MLP was something you could (re)collect made me go and research immediately. I rediscovered all the G1s thanks to Dream Valley, and of course was able to buy G3s right away since they were plentiful in stores. And so a 5-year obsession was born. I haven't actively collected for quite awhile, but those were fun times.
