Tisanes are my current favourite, and my tippy-top fave is Stash Wild Raspberry Hibiscus.  It definitely doesn't taste like hot water - very zippy, in fact. ^.^  They do a great Salted Caramel Mate, and a really pleasant Liquorice Spice, too.  Viva bolder tastes!

So I won an auction on eBay for (according to the listing) Mommy Apple Delight, DnP Swinger, Slugger, Sugarberry, Sherbet, and a mystery couple others.  At ten bucks, I wasn't overly picky.  But imagine my surprise when I opened the parcel and found...

I messaged the seller about the substitutions, and once I got the 'all clear' from them to keep this bunch, I joyfully set about spa treatments!  Here are the results. ^.^

(Sharp-eyed viewers may notice one pony didn't make it to after-spa.  BBE Lickety Split has nasty eye rust and a bit of musty funk.  She's beyond my meagre skills - but if anyone would like her, please pm me!  She's yours for the asking... and maybe postage?)

Baby sister Apple Delight looks a bit cream coloured, but she sure cleaned up well!  (She smells a bit musty, and is the only other one in the lot that didn't smell pony-y, but she's clean as a whistle inside... maybe just another wash and some airing out?)

Sugarberry looks so pretty!  A bit of frizz at the tip of the tail and some pindot/inground dirt on her hooves and ears, but otherwise lovely. ^.^

Twinkler was a surprise in the lot!  She's very cute, and her tinsel isn't overly crazy, either.

Slugger!!!  He's in such lovely shape, still plenty pliable, too.  I think I'm only missing Quarterback now, and I'll have all the North American Big Brothers...

And finally, my unexpected pink-haired diva herself, Sweet Pocket!  I can't believe how awesome she looks...!  The camera just doesn't do that fading-pink justice.  So pretty!  And bee pony!!! :heart:

Just outside of Montréal, Québec, Canada.  Don't have a car, so picking stuff up from homes can be a bit of a bother - sorry - but I'm happy to either have stuff delivered then redirect, or to do the legwork to local shops on your behalf.  There's a TRU just close, so if anyone's looking for NA exclusives, I got you!

So I heard back from the seller - she said yeah, she mixed up the horses, but I got the better ones, she thinks, and to enjoy.

Spa time imminent! :biggrin:

Now I just don't know what kind of feedback to leave - she was kinda nice, everything came fast and in my favour, so...? :shrug:

Hey, pony peeps!

So I won an auction for seven G1 ponies.  It was a smidge dodgy looking - the seller listed five by name, mentioned another with ice cream cones, and only provided photos for two.  It was only ten bucks, though, so w/e.

I got the ponies today, and here's my conundrum.  The two ponies pictured aren't in the lot.  I did get seven G1s (three were indeed in the list, plus the ice cream pony, BBE Lickety Split), one of the replacements is Twinkler, one's a baby sister Apple Delight, and one is a brilliant Sweet Pocket (complete with charm, string, and super pink hair!).  I'm not displeased by this, like at all - considering there's also a Slugger in amazing (if grubby, but that's totally cleanable) shape in there, I got one heck of a sweet deal - but I'm curious as to the why of it all.

Should I begin my spa treatments for these lovelies?  Or can the seller turn round and say they sent me the wrong ponies and request I return them?  I honestly have never had this question arise before, and would appreciate any insight.  Thanks! ^.^

Idk if they're very difficult to find...?  I see a few auctions now & then for them, mostly from the UK, and sellers here have them from time to time.  They are ridiculously cute, though (and they have ridiculously cute teeny combs, too). ^.^
