I have not been on in so long, my account is moldy and dusty and there are spiders hanging in the corners... 

So I thought I would reintroduce myself since there must be so many different people now, and who knows who remembers me anyways! I took a long, long, looooong break from all things ponies. I have too many hobbies and it takes a lot to juggle them, but I keep feeling that pull towards this community regardless of how I am with the hobby itself. You guys all know how awesome you are   

That said, even though I'm not actively collecting ponies right now, I'm still going to contribute to the community via my artwork. I finally have the materials to do nice traditional art (honestly, why are art supplies all so expensive??) and I'm feeling the urge to use all those colorful fancy markers for something cute! Look out for me in the art forums sometime soon!

I just saw Frozen tonight! Oh my gosh, can we talk about the music? It had so many songs! The songs are my favorite part of disney movies, so it was like heaven.

coinoperatedgirl- That's true and I'm glad he didn't try to use it, but I also see some parallels between that episode and Amy's story arc (soothsayers turning to stone- Amy "turns to stone" from weeping angels; seeing into the future via time rift from explosion- a similar idea of a time and space rip messes with Amy's whole life) so I don't know, it's an interesting coincidence at least.

I'm still excited though, don't get me wrong! I'm just not a fan of Moffat at all.

I know SP I wish I could get attached to her! It just wasn't happening. Bummer

Same here I feel like there's nothing really new and exciting anymore as far as the toys go, and the ones that have been out for a while just get remade with nothing really special to make me want them. And I don't really even display my G4s anymore because I'm starting to feel less and less happy with the design in general, though I'm not entirely sure why, other than the lack of pose and expression diversity >.> G1s display so beautifully and are all different and unique. Whereas with G4 I just feel like I'm displaying 20 different Pinkies, RDs and Twilights just with different colors and plain clip-art cutie marks. Ooooh, and one of them has a raised leg, how special. ~vent~

It makes me feel bad, because my lack of interest in the G4s is making me come here less, which is silly!
