My Wal-Mart has been pretty sparse on the pony for at least a year or so; no plushes, blind bags, trading cards, and didn't get the free posters. It's frustrating because they never get things that are supposed to be Wal-Mart exclusives, either. As others have said, hopefully your pony section will buck up soon as they move things around. I've pretty much lost hope on mine haha.

Wow, neat find!! I LOVE that the Pinkie Pie has actual plush hair and not fur or ribbon hair, and the proportions are nicer to me than the Funrise ones. Very excited to hear/see more about this, thanks for sharing!

Really nice G4 collection, it's neat to see them all lined up like that! And I love the elements of harmony necklaces you've made for your main 6. I am also trying to complete my G4 playful pony collection, so I definitely know the feeling of being only a few away, ahh.  I'm missing Rainbow Flash, Star Swirl, and Star Dreams (and I suppose non-GW Ploomette), myself. Good luck on completing them!

That MOC is immaculate, wow!! The little tab that covers the hole for hanging it up is still connected, even. Congrats on a gorgeous addition! And of course the childhood photo of you and Galaxy is adorable.

As other people have mentioned, if you didn't get her MIB it's possible the previous owner(s) may have scented her with perfume or washed/conditioned her hair with an apple scented product and that's why she's got a yummy smell? Though with your mention of talking with the seller and her saying it was odd it seems like it wasn't intentional... hmm. Even if it's just some weird coincidence it's still pretty cool, though! Personally, I have added a little BPAL perfume oil to some of my Fashion Styles, so Pinkie smells like cotton candy, Applejack like spiced apples, Fluttershy like sweet florals and grass, etc.

OMG those little shoes she's wearing are so flippin' cute! I'd love to see more of them in different colors, they are seriously adorable.
As for alicorn Twilight, now that more evidence is showing up that points to it happening I'm very curious how the show is going to handle it. I think it could work if done right, though I'd prefer if it were a one time temporary situation or a Sailor Moon kind of thing (minus the drawn out transformation sequence, of course :p ). And I love that her toy is slightly more lavender than the current Twilights, it's closer to her actual body color. The castle looks fun, too. And did I mention the shoes??

Count me in as another person who is disappointed that the glitter/translucent versions of the two will be random, 1/24 chance of receiving when you buy. I definitely prefer the look and uniqueness of them and would have loved to just outright buy them from Hot Topic. Ah well, I suppose I should just be happy that there are some nicely sized glittery ponies now.  The discount codes look awesome though, so I'll probably order them since I do like the regular versions as well.

I'm just glad to here there's something exciting coming up. Like, you know, something interesting enough that SoSilver, a collector, is excited. It makes me hope for something better than "Pinkie Pie #328" in the new line up.
I agree with this. Even if the teaser is simply "something cool is coming up for G4, guys!" Personally, any hinting at new ponies that could be exciting is enough to get me excited.  I hope it will be something relating to a new collectors set... would love to see one starring Chrysalis!

Wow, I thought she was just a regular playful pony, the fact that she is between brushable and fashion style sized is very cool! Even if it is just more main 6 (and Pinkie Pie, even), it is a pretty neat to see a new G4 pony size.

BTW, can anyone tell me how big the Walkin' Talkin' Pinkie Pie is (maybe compared to a Fashion Style pony)? She seems to be growing on me - I think it's those happy eyes.
She is bigger then a Fashion style, maybe twice the size at least.

Agreeing with everyone else that these would make an awesome set of toys that I would love to buy!  And I really like my horoscope pony, Virgo - she's gorgeous and her accessories suit her very well. I love how creative they got by having the designs of their tails representing part of their animal counterpart too, like with Scorpio, Capricorn, and Leo.
