Thank you for your input. Looks like the jury is kind of split, but more leaning toward my own stupidity and getting click happy?
I know that perfect MBs are not going to happen, I just thought that his was messy and it needed a brushing- you know how the hair poofs up and does not lay flat against the pony body- it looks a lot shorter... I had suspected from the photo that Sunburst had a possible hair cut, but none of the photos ever showed his tail cut. Also what is to say that the perfume puff's hair was not combed over to the side- it kind of looks bent over in the photo, and you really do not see the end of the adult tails the way they are pictured.
Not to mention that the seller said I should have asked if any had haircuts before bidding, which to me sounds like had I asked I would have found out- that being the case the "real" details were KNOWINGLY withheld from the listing- IMO.
If I had spent $50 it would not have been too big a deal to me, but after shipping it was nearly $90. And maybe only Tiddley Winks is in excellent condition.
To send them back insured would probably be close to half of what I paid for them- seller's policy also is no returns/refunds...

Even in my own photo the hair cuts are not so apparent.... You can see the mold? Maybe able to sunfade below the symbol, but the marks on his neck are pretty embedded into the plastic... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe perfume puff looks like a cotton tailed bunny rabbit- I was hoping to Add Sunburst, Cuddles, Tiddley Winks and The Perfume puff to my collection- now I don't want any of them! Actually the seaponies look pretty nice, a few stains, but the hair is smooth and silky still. Other than a hair cut on Twinkler she is stunning!!!!! ALL of them have tail trims. and about 5/11 have mane trims. Not a single re-sellable or collection worthy pony in here....

This lot arrived yesterday! I messaged the seller: Greetings,
I am VERY upset with my purchase. Your ponies were described as being "all in excellent condition". EVERY single one of them has a hair cut, which is NOT at all shown in the photos. The hair looks a lot longer in the photos because it was wet. Your photos and description were VERY deceptive. Not to mention the news print they were wrapped in rubbed off all over the horses. I was luckily able to clean most of the news print off of them although there is still some staining.
I would be happy to settle with a 40% refund (or 20GBP).
Thank you for your prompt reply,
The seller responded: Hi They were put on ebay for £10 no reserve the pictures were all you and the other people saw before the bids were placed, you made no effort to contact me and ask if the hair had been cut and as far as I am concerned they were in excellent condition for 27 year old toys. In future you need to be more careful when you are bidding for items and need to ask questions if you are unsure about things. I will not refund any of the money as they were bid up to £40 before you won the auction. And if you are thinking about leaving negative feedback that is what you will recieve in return. Enjoy

I have made no comment after these messages.... True I did NOT ask before the auction had ended if any had hair cuts, but even a NON- Collector would have known they ALL had hair cuts - and to me that is NOT Excellent condition! Do MAJOR Hair chops still make a pony EXCELLENT condition? Shouldn't haircut have been in the description knowing it was that obvious- thereby making a legit "not as described" claim? Does this photo make it obvious that ALL ponies had trims or cut tails- I had suspected it might be the case with Sunburst, but NOT ALL of the others. Actually the price was 30 when I placed my bid. Maybe I would have seen that not many people with "high rankings" had bid, but these days no one bids early-right? Furthermore they were wrapped in news print and completely black when they arrived, I did get most of the news print off luckily. Advice is greatly appreciated!!!

We are heading into the last stretch of tax season. I will be working 6 days a week perhaps 60 hours or more a week! This is the last chance I have to get the package out before April. Don't let it it deceive you- I wrapped EVERYTHING individually- each shoes separately, so it is not quite as intimidating as it looks! 2 items were dead giveaways, so they are NOT included in this teaser! visitors can't see pics , please register or login*Notice My PE has a broken gate- hint, hint!

Princess Locket stole them all for her army....
I had a fantastic one once, but it had 1 spot of re-grind in a very prominent area, not sure if I sold her, but I can't find her on my shelf. I think I've only had her once in my life of pony collecting- good luck!

And the worst part of Megan and Sundance wear is tracking down all the UK aprons...sigh...now the changes in them are simply unjustified and were clearly planned to torment collectors 20+ years after they were sold..
Really?- I want to see the variations!

I have 4 distinct red shoes sets (however there is not telling whether fading is involved). I know that the Country Jamboree has NO other shoes like it- therefore I am 90% certain that the colors in the Megan & ponywear are distinct. The being said I just went through my entire box of pony wear and only came up with 1 shoe for the sweet dreams set....

The only 2 Perfume Puffs I own... White haired Daisy Sweet is in the mail! My pony room is going through a "ribbon match up" and quarterly dusting, so excuse the background mess! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe Yellow Lily barrette came from an accessory lot and the person only owned 1 perfume puff since childhood- it is possible I guess that the perfume puff barrettes could have been mixed around... on that note if anyone has the purple lily barrette they want to sell or trade to me-I'm open! Show me a pony with a dolphin symbol... (if it gets too hard I will accept a fish)!
