Hi ! Thank you so much for you help. I have a sewing shop on my way to the train station, I should easily get a bunch of cheap needles there, then. No worries for my mommy. ^^ Indeed, the second color is only present in his mane. My bad.  Anyway, I'm feel unhappy to see Heartthrob out of stock. Not cool. I hope it will come back soon. For the "Forget-me-not" color, I'm not 100% sure, but it looks too blue to be his color. I think it should be more purple. I am currently at my college, I will confirm my assumption as soon as I come home. Well, if I can't do Tex now, I need to find a tail for Swirly Whirly, does anyone know her exact match ? It is yellow, maybe a tad blonde but vibrant. I will confirm this weekend, but here is a from the internet instead. visitors can't see pics , please register or login I also have my G2 "Mommy Bonheur" who got all of her hair trimmed off. I've always wanted to possess G1 sea ponies since I knew they exist. I don't have a single one yet, but I'm still searching. I am probably obsessed with them because I love water. Well, that's pretty obvious.
I also want more flutter ponies. I only have 3 : Morning Glory, Forget-me-not and Lily. They are really adorable. I love their slick body and their wings. In fact, I want them to create more unique wings for them. ^^

Hello everyone ! My only Big Brother in my collection is Tex. I plan on restoring him. His hair got cut off by nasty children, he's dirty, rusty on the inside and his cuttie mark has faded a bit on both sides. He is going to be my first rerooting so, if you have any tips going through you mind right now, feel free to share them with me. I looked for his hair color on DollyHair.com and it looks like HEARTTHROB is his match. The problem is, he also has another hue of purple in his mane and tail but I have no idea which one I have to buy. Do you know what his second mane color is, please ? And finally, talking about buying, I need to ship those hair to Belgium but I can't, I have to buy at least $9.36 woth of articles to ship them home. Is there any website with the same hair, but more prone to shipping ? I won't buy random hair so I have the correct sum even though I know I have to reroot other ponies. ^^' For the rooting needle, I will try to cut diagonally one of my mother's sewing needle and stick it to a handle, it should do the trick. Photos coming this Weekend, I don't have my camera yet. Have a nice day everyone, hope you'll be able to help me. =) Rose.

Watching your restorations is oddly satisfying. I need more.  You're doing such a great job to bring back their beauty and cuteness.  Strawberrysweets : Haha, it's funny you say that now, I just came back to a very long cleaning session for Morning Glory, my first flutter pony. She needs some more work, but she never got a bath before.

Well, these are my two first "big" restorations. - Applejack : Found her tail inside her body, had to remove the rust and repaint her eye. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or login- Sunbeam : Had to remove the rust off her tail and her body, tried to remove somme yellowing, unfrizz her hair and painted her cuttie mark. (Using nail polish, it was the closest match to her previous golden and glittery cuttie mark) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnd then, there are my custom flutter wings, using nail polish, being creative and trying to match their color and cuttie mark in a way. - Forget-me-not visitors can't see pics , please register or login- Lily visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI love to restore and custom my ponies, I want to get more of them. Gotta clean them all ! =D

I'll try the sunbathing this weekend then. I really hope it won't damage them. Thanks for the tinfoil tip, Safflower.
When I'm done with Sherbet, I'll post a topic in the Pony Corral so I can post all my restorations and post another topic here for my customs. I'll try to make one in a couple of weeks using a fakie. It's a commission for a friend. Hope it will end up good. It is time to get some experience. Haha. =)
