Those are really cute and quite humorous. Too bad there aren't any MLP ones. =(

The one that most comes to my mind is Wind Whistler.

I hate to end it there, but unlike many others here, I didn't watch the show during my childhood and actually marathoned it several months ago. Perhaps I'll have a better perspective after a second watching. I still think I'll like Wind Whistler the best, though.

I have one older sister, she's six years older than me. Like a couple of others here, I would have had another. She would have been born before my oldest sister. So clearly I wasn't around, but it breaks my heart so much thinking about it.

During my childhood we liked put it up the day after Thanksgiving.

Now we're lucky if we even get one up.

I'm jealous! We had our first freeze a few nights ago. But snow...? Five inches of snow is, I believe, more than we've seen in a few years. =(

Yeah... The most recent would probably be the second movement of Alessandro Marcello's Oboe Concerto in D Minor. This recording (at 3:33) specifically. Just too beautiful for words.

I haven't been able to do anything for Halloween in years. I've been far too busy, and in the last couple of years I have worked nights, making it very hard to do anything. lol

I would dress up, but so few actually go through with it at work that I'd just be the odd one out. lol

Pokemon Omega Ruby
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix

But right now I'm enjoying actually being able to play The Sims 3. I really don't care about any of the above games at this moment.

I suppose I'm just biased toward Generation I and II Pokemon. There are some very weirdly designed Generation I Pokemon (Hypno, Magmar, and Electivire come to mind immediately), but I grew up knowing them as natural Pokemon.

That's not to say that I don't love many of the Pokemon released in later generations, though. Some of my top favorite Pokemon are from Generation V and VI. There were some very neat ideas in them, too.

Has anyone received their code in the newsletter? I haven't gotten the newsletter yet :(

I haven't either. =(

I did sign up yesterday just in time, though. xD (literally didn't even know how to get the demo or the deadline until yesterday)

Just to note, I read on another forum that someone contacted support and the emails are coming out in batches, and apparently some might take a week or more to arrive. D:

adding you now Rainbow Blossom. Mine's in my siggy.

Yay, thanks. I actually haven't had Wi-Fi at home in several years, so this is my first time to actually get to play these games online.

I've really missed online with Pokemon in particular.

My 3DS name is Envy, I believe.

I play Pokemon X (and Omega Ruby when it comes out), Animal Crossing New Leaf, and also Super Smash Bros... But do note that I'm not very good at SSB, so if you want a real challenge you might look elsewhere. Animal Crossing and non-competitive Pokemon I do like to play, though.  ^.^

My hype has really subsided. It's a Pokemon game, and I can't wait to see Hoenn redone, so I'm sure I'll have tons of fun!

Really disappointed about the removal of trainer customization and the comment that it was 'Kalos-specific' meaning it might not even make it back for non-remake games. Oh, Gamefreak. *shakes head*

Much like kaoskat I really can't stand country. Nevertheless, I live in a 'country' location where the stuff is blared at work and at restaurants (*sighs*). I'm odd as I actually like country-related genres a whole lot (country rock, country folk, bluegrass), but country itself I just can't stand at all.

One classic country artist my parents like to listen to is Charlie Rich. I actually like one song by him, but it doesn't sound country to me at all (We Love Each Other)... That's all I've got. xD

Because I did something today, okay technically last night.
My course has  FB group because it's for the most part the easiest way to get information out, and late last night I find a message from one of my tutors going 'No Nursing today, I've got to be somewhere' and then there's a message from another tutor '9.30am for me'

And well, somehow I thought 'So does that mean timetables are altered and so we're all having this class at 9.30am because without my nursing class my group only have one lesson so that'd make sense'

And so this morning I get myself there, and a couple of other people, to be told 'No it's a 9.30 start for the other group with the lessons they have in the morning, you have Animal Psychology at 12.30pm'

So yeah, I didn't actually have to be on campus today until 12.30pm. I mean I used the extra time for some assignment research but just, ugh.

What about everypony else?

That totally reminds me of the year before last when I both worked and commuted around an hour and half to college every weekday. I never had a day to myself, and a couple of days everything worked out where I didn't have any classes (one day was a snow day, another all of the professors coincidentally called off), but... I had band. And somehow band made me come to campus BOTH of those days, one for a concert (the snow day. Yup.) and the other for a random late rehearsal. Both days, due to me not driving, I had to go up early in the morning and spend the whole day on campus, even though I could have been at home enjoying just one day to myself...

The things I do for band. lol
