It wasn't just Internet Explorer, I was on Firefox.  Apparently it was just a glitch for some people already signed in to accounts.  Way to go screwing over your regular customers Hasbroken.

I had the same frickin' problem. And I have every intention of writing a really pissed email. Sooo dissapointed right now!

I think I might too. I mean - what's the point of signing up to THEIR SITE if it means you get LESS SERVICE? :/ I'm really, really not okay with this. And, no offense to anyone else - but if their 'one perhousehold' plan is working so well, how come so many people got multiples? That probably goes double for resellers.
Yeah, what was the point of the limit, then?

I know I'll be sending a very angry email shortly.  Why am I being penalized because I'm a regular customer to their store? :(

I did the signout and sign in thing just now and it shows the subtotal for me.  Ughhh.. so much for "Already being logged in" being a help to get her, it may very have well been the reason I did not get her.

I'm sitting around hoping that this whole :muffin: Pony disaster was just a big ploy by the Hasbro team to make a lot of money.  Bring a very limited amount to first fair, make her seem ULTRA rare.  Bring a very limited amount to SDCC so they all sell out and everyone is flipping out.  Leave the fans foaming at the mouth for days trying to figure out when they'll go up online.

Then put TONS of them on the website so that everyone jumps on in a terrible rush to make sure they get one and buy up multiples of them before they realize that aren't nearly as rare as they thought.  Hasbro makes lots of money, the fans are super happy that they were able to get her, and the only people getting 'screwed' in the deal is the scalpers. ;D  I know it's probably way too optimistic but that's what I've been hoping for ever since SDCC ended. XD
