My SHS Dainty leans to the left when she manages to stand. Is that common or is that a matter of her legs having been messed with?

Wow, looking at that list of ponies recommended to restore, I realized a couple of my old favorites are worth more than I paid for them 2-13 years ago. My mom wouldn't have gotten me Cherry Treats if she was over $10, and Baby Paws for my sister, but they're both on that list, and still in good shape. Yet not nearly as much as some ponies I know are rare that I didn't see on that list, like baby Sandcastle and Shovels and most MOs. Too bad my Chief was too baity to restore, and my Yum Yum has white hair. Though that's the only reason I wanted her, so I'm very happy with a white pony with white hair.

Pony Corral / Re: My collection on display for the public

I hope this encourages others to find a way to publicly display theirs. With motivation, I wonder how many folks from here and MLPTP could display at county fairs. Those don't have nearly as much display room but would be much more accessible because of that.

Your collection is indeed impressive, surprised you have space for all of that in your own home!

I know exactly what I'm gonna do, and I'd been hoping for an excuse to do it.

The pink one next to giant Applejack and the family that all looks severely distressed. LOL!

Misty Blue is gorgeous. Had to stop and stare at that photo for a moment. I have a weakness for white ponies. Do you have the wand that makes the castle pop up or collapse or whatever? It wasn't super important but it's handy for storage. It always seems to be a big occasion when someone gets a castle. They make nice display areas.

I love seeing G2 ponies getting some love! For as long as I can remember, I've only seen 4 IRL plus 3 McDonald's ones like your little Lightheart, so seeing other colors is pretty cool. It's a nice reminder that G2 exists outside of green, yellow, white, and pink. Dark purple is such a nice color. Jealous of your G2 accessories.

Ill make u a full size version of your star trek mini fig for the flamingo plush and Windy.

PM'd! Trading for something smaller is definitely progress on my part haha. The flamingo was limited edition so I had it held for my 10th birthday party at BABW, but I've had it over 11 years and haven't been in love with it since I got it. It was a cool party though.

I got some ponies that were $2 shipping or under so I just thought that was how it was. Once my mom mailed something for me (probably at the kiosk) and I estimated $3 shipping, turned out it was closer to $2. She must have mailed it wrong as well. Mainly, I'm relieved that $3 shipping isn't uncommon. No that I have a lot to sell, I just want to move what I do have.

Thanks for all the suggestions. :)

At the kiosk at my USPS, I would select large envelope, since it was in a large envelope after all, and shipping was about $1.50-2 to ship a pony. The kiosk was broken this time and I had to talk to a person. They said that it was a parcel basically if it wasn't paper, and that the cheapest would be $2.60 to mail (it was a Bushwoolie, so even smaller than a pony). How much do you think the post office would care if I continue to select 'large envelope' at the kiosk? It's not much of a loss to me, but that would make shipping go up to $3 for every single pony I sell, within the US.

Wanted! / Re: Seeking G2 Sky Skimmer & G1 Posey!
« on: November 28, 2016, 10:43:27 AM »
As far as I know, Sky Skimmer isn't *that* expensive. I saw a listing of her and Petal Blossom MIB together for $35, so loose she can't be too much. You should totally go for MissGodiva's Posey. Then you can have a G3 in the mix as well! (Because G3 Fluttershy was pale and didn't look as much like G4 Fluttershy.)

Introductions / Re: Hello from California
« on: November 23, 2016, 09:46:38 AM »
The redshirt pony in my picture was made by MissGodiva. I traded her a beat up old Chief bait for it a few weeks ago. It was a good excuse for me to look for a Chief that, for one, has a tail and a full length mane.

Looking at what people have or want, I'm discovering more pretty ponies, even ones that aren't white. The Diary pony is such a nice shade of blue, I can see why it seems to be relatively popular. I only really knew the US ponies before, aside from my skating Melody.

What gives the G1 baits their status?
