MLP Nirvana / Re: Questions about French Blossom and Italian Bubbles« on: January 23, 2012, 07:43:07 AM »
Congrats on your new ponies! they look wonderful!
It's very common for french ponies to have thin plastic in places. I have a french skydancer who suffers from the same problem. Result, she has problems standing. Bubbles is indeed the one with a CP head. She would be around $60-$70, since she's harder to find then Seashell. 108

The ponies used for the commercial are prototypes.
The curls are original but messy, as Firefly said. Here's a simple tutorial to style them again: http://www.mlppreservationproject.com/hair.html#Curls 111

Mermaid, Breyer ripped some mlp cassette tapes. One of them is embers dream I think, but I can't find the link to the upload. PM your email if anyone wants the .mp3 file. 113

They are the normal U.S. Mac FIM ponies. Luckily I've not plucked them off eBay but waited. Here's the promotion video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIwF0e6HPRg 114

I agree on you on Bowtie, but moondancer is also a HTF pony (think you avatar, SA, yellow IT moondancer).
Easiest, I would say any of the CP ponies, especially peachy. 115
MLP Nirvana / Re: Price check please?« on: January 21, 2012, 10:47:55 AM »
The price of Blossomscotch depends on the condition she's in. She's prone to the dreadful agespots, sadly =(

Pony Corral / Re: Interesting question regarding FF ponies« on: January 20, 2012, 04:21:07 PM »
Just to help clearify Firefly
Issue I, FF pony, all original 6, HK Peachy is also released as FF --- Issue II, CF pony, redesigned (because FF easily tips over), all original 6, HK --- Issue II, CF pony Cotton Candy and Blossom, sold in the set with Seashell, Applejack, etc, HK Lemondrop and Peachy have a slightly diffrent pose, only front two hooves stamped, HK --- Issue III, MO set, more vibrant colors then issue II, all original 6, HK --- Issue IIII, Swirly Whirly, HK or china --- Issue V, China stamp instead of HK, only lemon drop and peachy sport this stamp Is this a good summary Firefly? Feel free to modify it 118

Once you go straight-ironing, you never go back! It's a tool gifted from the pony-gods!
