I found a little indoor flea market about an hour away and with nothing else to do that Saturday my boyfriend and I drove to it I got three ponies, the most I've ever found!! Lulabelle

Especially Lulabelle she only has light dirty spots which seem like they'll come off with a good washing. Star Swirl is probably the dirtiest of the bunch with more noticeable dirty spots, they still should come out though! I brushed all their hair and pretty much none of them have bad frizz. Again the worst in the bunch is Star Swirl but I think it's because of her tinsel! I can see why its so hated now it gave me the hardest time during brushing. Triple Treat's hair was braided but I took them out. I'll have to give them all a good spa day when I get around to taking care of Rainbow Flash, I plan to style their hair :> Non-Pony But Toy Related!Spoiler I also found two original 80's carebears! The set was 20 dollars, I was pretty tempted but I don't have enough space for that many ponies atm. My personal favorites are the blue one with a pink mane and bee symbol and the dark pink one with a blue mane and cherry symbol

I finally had some good luck and found another G3 pony at a flea market!! (bonus: I also found a G1 Thermos with Megan and Sundance!) Unfortunately she is very dirty and her hair is in pretty bad condition (she even had one of those little toy spikey balls stuck in her hair lol!) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI really want to fix her up but I've never dealt with hair this bad :< What would be the best approach, is there even any hope to get her hair looking better? I don't expect her to ever look brand new but in her state shes kind of sad to display

I was about to say rehaired Prancie from the La Dee Da Fairytale Dance "Cinderella and Prancie" playset, but now that I googled it to verify, she isn't Prancie. Now I'm also curious, as she seems veeeeeery familiar, but I cannot put my finger on where from...
She looks like she could be from some sort of cartoon to me!

I know it’s a long drive (about 2 hours) but if you’re ever in CT, try Elephant’s Trunk Flea market in New Milford. It’s my favorite flea market  I’ve found lots of ponies there over the years. If memory serves correct it’s only open sundays, and their season might be ending soon since it’s just in a large field.

$16?? Yea, that would put me off. Hallmark has actually done a series of ornament ponies. I think Seashell is the latest.
ikr? I'm hoping after Christmas she'll come down in price. I didn't know Hallmark did other retro ponies, I do have a G4 Pinkie Pie by them though. I'll have to check them out!
