Was going through a long forgotten box of Ponies and 1/6 scale action figures and found this little guy from a previous life visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI really thought it was made custom by someone here on the Arena back in the early 2000s, when I was still relatively new to the arena. Unfortunately, a search through my ancient messages and my posting history turns up nothing. Anyone here from back then remember making this little custom Star-Watcher for me?

Nice to see this place is still alive and hopping. Figured most would have moved on to FB by now. Can't believe, judging by my last post here that it has been close to 2 years since I haunted the Arena. Be interesting to see how many familiar faces from ye days of olde here are still active.
Ah well, back to Neverwinter for a bit before bed.

Anyone have any idea what a reasonable expectation would be pricewise for one of these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/microsoft-collectible-voodoo-vince-promo-doll-/221362825652?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item338a40a9b4This isn't my listing. The one I found today is still sealed in its baggie. I am guessing that the $4500 this guy has been trying to get for his is on the way too high side. However, neither Google nor DuckDuckGo are turning up much useful information at all. The only thing of note was found on the Voodoo Vince Wiki... Replica 1:1 scale Voodoo Vince dolls where presented to the production team of the game. The left overs had been sent out to many different countries on release of the game as prizes for competitions. 100 where made. If it turns out that we found one of those 100, then could the $4500 that other seller was trying for actually be reasonable after all? If this indeed turns out to be as rare as I am suspecting, then this could supplant my 45 cent Nobleheart Horse plush that I resold for $950 as my greatest thrift score ever.

I just have to say, as far as creativity goes, I have the most awesome family ever. I was totally stunned by the costumes my youngest sister (Amy) and her youngest daughter (Emily) put together for themselves yesterday. I just have to show the shot they took out in front of my sister's art gallery... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginWhen she posted this on Facebook, I awarded her 10 Newmans.

Just found these little ladies in a $2 baggie at Goodwill... visitors can't see pics , please register or loginI'm guessing that whoever did the pricing must have thought they were fakies, because G1 Ponies tend to either get sent off to Goodwill's own auction site or they get greedy and price them at prices unworthy of a place calling itself a thrift store. That said, after looking them up, I obviously can not afford to keep them myself. So, time to put in an hour or so of work tonight.

Just recently got ahold of a lot of 20 Street Sharks action figures. I've managed to positively identify most of them, but there is one that I just keep coming up blank on. He is black skinned, has a silver mouth and throat, and wears a maroon jacket. Here is a shot of him front and back. Any ideas who this one is? visitors can't see pics , please register or login

For those of you who sell on eBay, with the recent change in the user agreement, you have been enrolled in their travesty of a Global Shipping Program. This is more expensive for your international customers, and could be costly to your business. And even worse, there have been a lot of reports of items being mishandled by the workers at the reshipping center, and eBay is not taking any responsibility for items damaged or lost, even though they say that you are protected.
If you want to reclaim control of your operations, you need to go to to your My eBay page, click on Account - Site Preferences, and hit Edit under Offer the Global Shipping Program. There you can opt back out of this idiocy.

Had this song stuck in my head recently, and thought I would check YouTube to see if there were any videos utilizing it. Cutely done video, and the song is going to be even more stuck in my head for a while... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WL5GQ8JJkUGood mix of a fun twangy classic and FiM o/~ Better hold on tight as we go hittin' the hay. Better hold tight and pray. Better hold on tight as we go hittin' the hay. Darlin' better run, because I won't hold back my horses... o/~

Here is another figure I am having a bugger of a time identifying. He is a Marvel character, and looks like he could be from the Marvel Legends line. Any ideas? visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Found this creepy little bugger at Goodwill today. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnyone know what Pokemon it is? I checked the identification poster on IGN, but it wasn't there, and is most likely a very outdated list.
